“I love using Walgreens in Lake Placid as my pharmacy. Employees like Lindsay mean that I get the information I need and my prescriptions filled quickly. I was also very surprised to find out that a prescription that cost over $60 at a pharmacy close by was only $35 at Walgreens. I will continue to use them as my pharmacy of choice.”

“So this location is pretty much the same as her sister stores when you consider the inside. The outside however, is a whole other story. There murals that go from one end to the other seriously set this place apart. They are located in Lake Placid, which is a mural capital and has them in tons of spots. This Walgreens is no different with a variety of them artistically featured. I love that they embraced their towns claim to fame! Be sure to explore the whole building as the art goes the whole length! Overall: A Super unique Walgreens that has 'leaned in' for their town's claim to fame!”

“This CVS is very busy, and I think they are doing their best with the amount of staff they have. There is often a wait at the pharmacy, either inside or at the drive up window. That said, I have never seen any staff ignore a customer, or act unhurried in handling the needs of the customer. The pharmacist always patiently answers my questions and takes my phone calls. I also observed a pharmacy tech assisting a lady who obviously had dementia issues. Her kindness and patience was beautiful to see. The pharmacy could use more staff, but those who work there have consistently given me good service for the past 8 years.”

“I’ve been to this CVS in Lake Placid many times for simple in and out of things I had needed to get but today I really would like to say thank you to two people that went outta their way helping me and the ladies names were Sara and also Jackie. They took their time even tho it’s there job to help assist me in the photo area gave me suggestions and worked with me with a smile and not acting annoyed to taking the time to show and like I’ve mentioned suggested ideas for downloading photos from my phone. Thanks again. I highly suggest this CVS store !!!!”
