Fran, Ingrid, and Alexis were incredibly patient and kind during my blood draw experience. I’m a hard stick due to chronic illnesses that make it difficult to find a good vein, but they showed genuine concern and did everything they could to keep me comfortable. They explained each step, communicated clearly, and treated me with empathy the entire time.
It took multiple attempts, but they never gave up—and never made me feel like a burden. I’m so grateful we got it done, and even more grateful that I don’t have to come back anytime soon! These ladies deserve a round of applause—and maybe a raise too. 💉👏💛

The facility and staff are great however, there is very little light in parking lot for early morning appointments. Also, It would be nice to have a location in Sebring, FL.
