“I was traveling through the area.My dog was suffering with allergies. I had a appointment with his regular dermatolgist the following week.Because he was suffering so bad, I got a same day appointment for him to be seen. When the Dr saw him and I explained the situation, he mentioned that anything he prescribed would possibly mask what was actually going on and cause the dermatologist not be able to identify the cause.We agreed that was the best course of action.The surprise was at check out when I was not charged for the visit.This had never happened before in my 25 years of taking my dogs to the vet.You were always charged, for something.They showed they are truly in business for the love of animals and not just the money.I would recommend this to anyone needing their services.Thank you all for your kindness to my faithful companion and myself.”

“I love this place. I have nothing but GOOD things to say about all of the staff. I have 2 indoor cats that I bring in for regular check ups and nail trips so not usually anything major. On the one rare time I had an issue I did have to go to the emergency vet and and come to Collingswood for a follow-up and everything went smooth and they had all of the information needed. Front desk staff and techs are polite, friendly and caring. I have dealt with 2 of the MDs with no issues ?”

The store looked so very big-&-nicely as well as them employees-staff-members who were slso very nicely,? a salesperson by the name of Christian "as in the Bible off course" a.k.a. 047987 was very nicely-friendly-kindly-&-thoughtfully cashier when he once helped seek for a puppy-snacks for a fair price. “While visiting my sister, the unthinkable happened; my 13 year old lab mix ingested rat poison in their garage. Thankfully I noticed her searching out the last bits of the poison, and acted quickly. I called the Emergency Veterinary Clinic and let them know we were on our way. When we arrived they quickly escorted her to a treatment area. The fabulous staff kept me appraised of every development and were straightforward regarding the potential outcomes.After hours of work on their part, I was permitted to see my pet. Phew. Disaster averted, thanks to their quick actions and diligence. Every staff member, to a person, was considerate of my feelings and strove to help me understand the complex needs of a poisoning of this nature.What started as a freak accident helped me to see the value in this establishment. “Personally I really i'm very thankful for them. The receptionist is extremely helpful. And they Took time to Give me a list of costs of services. So I could determine what needed to be done this month. And what could wait until another month because i'm on a fixed income. However while I was there, An elderly lady was sitting next to me and was quite upset that she had to wait five days to find out that her Fur baby had terminal cancer. I was also put out by how long it took to get my dog back. And the fact I was Told to leave my dog Who cannot handle crates and I was not given the option to stay with her. She was there all day and hurt herself. However they were kind enough to give me medicine for her paw Which she had taken a chunk out of trying to escape the kennel. They were accommodating and added extra shots shots. When I called back and discovered I was able to cover those shots. They also discovered my dog had a double ear infection which I never noticed even though we spend every waking moment together, My dog never messes with her ears or shakes her head or scratches, but I believe them. And So I bought the medicine.”
