“Having worked for two first rate clinics myself, I recognize the excellence at Groves. Efficient, friendly, and very caring. They are knowledgeable and follow up care with phone calls. I'm one of those 'my pets are my family' type and it DOES matter to me who cares for my pets.
They were quick to schedule my dying pet even though I was not then a regular client. We had just moved to the area and had the misfortune of using another local clinic and I wish we had found Groves first.
In any case, if you care about who lays hands on your pet, Groves is it.

“Doctor Husted, Amy, Ann, Ali, and Madison are incredible. I came in unannounced and although she had patients Dr. Husted stopped to talk with me about my puppy and even took the time to print informative materials. Amy helped me apply for Cherry Credit which I got approved for immediately and it saved the day. Great staff! 5 stars! Thank you!”
“I couldn't say anything better about this hospital, my poor star didn’t make it but they tried so hard to save her. They were in the parking lot waiting when I pulled in to rush her back. They were kind compassionate and the cremation process was so easy I didn’t have to stress. I brought her home and they had put a lock of fur in the bag and her paw print, I was so upset I forgot to ask for her fur to keep and they thought for me. I got a card today and it just reassured me that this hospital is more than a business it’s a place that cares and loves what they do. We are more than just money and that makes it so much easier when you have a loss or emergency like mine. Thank you all! Kim & Daniel”
“New building looks great! They got my cats in for an appointment as soon as they reopened even though they were having technical difficulties from moving. Dr and staff are always very kind and caring. They take very good care of my cats and very affordable. Wouldnt take them anywhere else!”

“I can’t thank Dr. Carlo and the staff at Charlotte Animal Hospital enough. My six month old puppy, Duke, needed emergency surgery and Dr. Carlo stayed after hours to save his life. It was one of the scariest experiences I’ve ever been through, but she took such amazing care of him and kept me informed every step of the way.
Everyone at the hospital was kind, compassionate, and truly cared about Duke. You can tell this team loves what they do and treats every animal like their own. Dr. Carlo even personally called to check on Duke after he came home, which meant so much to me and showed how much she genuinely cares about her patients. Because of her quick action and dedication, Duke is home recovering and back to being himself.
