Don't get a car wash. You get to pay at the pump but still go inside to get your receipt for the car wash code. Employees are too lazy to fill the pumps with paper rolls. Long line inside and incompetent employees.

Normally a good place but apparently not in the middle of the night because that red head lady acts like she absolutely hates her job and stomps around like a child so if you have a family emergency and have to stop by here on the way home in the middle of the night, don't. She'll give you a nasty attitude the moment you walk through the door for no reason.

It'd be nice for 7-11 of Lake Wales FL to carry Onigiri Rice Balls (here and nationwide) just like 7-11 does in Japan. It'd be wise to phase out candy and snacks with artificial colors/aspartame/HFCS and replace them with healthier ones.

Rude lady working counter not the first time I hear her be rude, this time it was to my husband. When he politely asked to put the gas on pump 16 she responded rudely to him and says “Jesus Christ” as he turned. She needs to learn to have manners! Don’t have her name but long hair , glasses, African American woman , older. She bitter needs Jesus herself.

You need a new professional, friendly and courteous team
Employees be talking about other employees on the floor they do not have eye contact with customers do not greet them right like it's too heavy for them to be working and they have so much to do. The client's bother the employees when the points are not working or they will just go to the register so fast that you can't even use your points because they don't even ask you if you want to join.
The one thing I can understand is for them to ask an ID. That is okay sometimes you think because you frequent the store often they are not going to be asking you every time you walk in. I understand the policy but for the employee to be sarcastic and be like who knows if the person behind you is the feds and I get arrested for selling you something I'm not supposed to .. . Lack of professionalism

If I could I would give a 0 because I ordered a pizza on the at 608 and we were 5 minutes down the road so we get to the store and they give to us cold saying it was just made no it was not and the employees were rude and saying that we lied so they didn't have any more which is fine so I wanted a refund telling me to go through the app ok but the employee kept saying we were lying like why would I go through all that for a pizza just keep arguing that she just put it in the pizza was so cold like it was sitting for at least an hour I will never go back to this 711 and the employee keep trying to take a picture of me for what reason idk but I don't like that like what do you need that for

Best gas station in town! Mz Lorraine is a national treasure and the store has been 100% brought back to life and is an exemplar location again, with her return! The staff in the morning is wonderful!!
I would know a good 711. I was a vendor with them in Davenport for many-many years, 12 to be exact! And those 2 locations on 27, were some of the first in central FL at the time! Way to go!

This store is the worst. The manager is always talking and ignoring customers that she is supposed to ringing up. The employees are also clueless. It seems like everything that’s wrong comes from the managers. They don’t care so why would the employees. The owner should take a deep look at this location.

I went to the gas station around 9 o’clock on Tuesday night. I went in and paid with my card and the lady behind the counter. Her shirt said Matty was a very extremely grumpy, unpleasant. She did not greet me at all. I was the only one at the counter. She was the only one behind the counter. She couldn’t bring herself to say anything let alone anything nice I know one thing for sure. I will just pay at the pump from now on if I even go back there, I don’t normally frequent the store, but I thought I would try it and with employees like Matty I doubt I will even return. There’s too many other places for me to go to put myself through that sort of experience. Well, actually, I was there closer to 9:30 PM not 9 o’clock
