I am two days late on a payment. I have received just today 6 CALLS!!!!! The final call from a Victoria today tried to poke her chest out like she doesn't work in a customer service position. Right plan wrong person FAFO!!!!!!! Don't call my phone on some rara. Screaming IM DOING MY JOB and whatever else she felt prevalent to scream. I call bk and she is the only one working and then denies she called!!!! Asked for a manager and of course she says there isn't one there. Don't be scared of getting in trouble now ur a disgrace. Aarons do better hire better! Victoria, Veronica whatever ur name is get a better job if u hate the one ur in. I hope u get fired!

I was shopping for a rare gift and I found it at Aaron's. the infinity game table. I have had it for a bit. Wanted to make sure was worth it. I must say it is. not only is it a great game, but the staff at Aaron's was so helpful in teaching how to operate it and even how to purchase more games. if it wasn't for the friendly staff I may not have purchased it. but Love it. Thank you all so very much.

Went in ask if they had an item guy says no went back in office that was it went to rac didnthave it but bent over backwards to find it and they did wasdelivered today exceptional custmers service

I have visited several times the employees are very nice. Got my washer and dryer few years back never had a problem with them or making my payments. Will recommend Lake Wales Aaron’s to everyone.

I enjoyed my visit at the Aarons in Lake Wales Fl. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was very cleaned and organized. I was looking for something specific and the staff went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied. So thank you to the Aarons in Lake Wales. I will be a repeat customer!
