Nick James was fantastic! The service was amazing and he was able to help me switch from Verizon to First net and then put me in my boyfriends plan with no issues. I would recommend him to anyone. In all honesty we'll probably only deal with him. He's very knowledgeable, and professional.

Very bad customer service and I had a lot of problems with them since they sold me a Samsung S24 Ultra and I transferred my phone line and since they didn't know how to do their job, I lost my number and they didn't give me a new one, the one they gave me. They deactivated themselves so I was left with a new phone but without being able to use it until I finished paying for it, very bad service.

Not the greatest with customer service. There is a specific lady named Gabby, who works in this store, she is not trained on how to do her job properly. Always on her personal cell phone, lies to the customers and doesn't seem to be brightest when it comes to her job.
