Lost our $1700 cash deposit, I made the deposit at a live teller. If I had lost the receipt there would be no record other than the videoof me passing cash. 24 hrs still waiting for the money, bank manager doesn't have a clue... pretty much laughed at me when I said they lost it but, he couldn't explain why its missing.

Bank will not even exchange large bills for smaller if you don’t have an account. Good way to turn away potential future customers as I would never open an account with them now.

A nasty fat body employed here has hit his mark. His illegally purchased missiles has shot down his boyfriends plane and several other planes where all the wounded and dead passengers were consumed. His boyfriend made a run for it but was grabbed by this disgustingly fat man and sat on him crushing him as flat as a pancake at which point he was eaten as well. He's accomplished his mission and will be returning soon. When you feel the earthquakes, take heed! For he is near and returning to consume others. Stay away from this location if you value your life!!

Should be a 0 starVisited the branch on April 25th to open an account, was told that the Bank doesn't handle the amount in the check, got called by a Merrill supposed financial advisor that ultimately asked me to mail the check to her, right like mailing an endorsed check is the best advice I could get. Got ahold of a different advisor who was kind enough to meet me at the same branch. Ended up opening an account with the Bank to be able to make the deposit, was told the check would be put on hold for 5 days because it's a new account, yeap. It is now the 3rd of May and was just told today that the check had been returned BECAUSE I CALLED, Not a single employee of the bank called or tried to reach out to me or my wife for this and they decided to MAIL the check back to me, no tracking number, no notification at all and my endorsed check is in the Mail. The best they can do is say they're sorry and won't even provide me with a tracking number for the package needles to say I'll most definitely be closing the account right away and take my money and respect elsewhere... stay away

Waited 45 min for the one single notary in the bank, and ended up having to leave because she couldn’t help us in time for our appointment.

Not open even though it says they are online AND on their front door. They have a sign that says drive thru open in front of the door but there is no sign of life inside that building. This is a constant complaint. DO NOT USE THIS BANK - you will set yourself up for disappointment and frustration if you do.

My story starts with going to my local branch looking to set up a trust account. The lady on staff did not know how but was willing to try. She did not know answers to basic questions and had to look them up. This made me feel uneasy. Anyone that knows a trust must be setup properly or it is invalid or you could have serious issues later. There trust account person was out so I made an appointment. I did receive a call that there trust person would not be available until Friday. I made another appointment for the following Tuesday. Upon arriving I was told now it would be two more weeks and would have to be represented by the same lady that knows nothing. I was upset and asked to speak with the manager. When I spoke with the assistant manager I was stern and direct but not rude or profound. The assistant manager got angry with me so I tried to be more respectful and was apologizing with "I am Sorry Sir for being upset". His comment was calling him Sir was not going to make any difference. After a while he calmed down and referred me to another branch 30 min away. My point is I made 3 attempts to open this account. Any client or protentional client should have been called about the qualified agent not being available. I was treated rudely by the representing manager and now glad that I did not use there services. Good news I did find a local Trust Bank with a friendly knowledgeable staff that were great! I would stay away from Bank Of America. They are just too big to care!!!!!!

Worst service ever since the pandemic. They only have drive-thru for COMMERCIAL clients only. The ATM doesn't give you the ability to get the denominations in the bills you need. I emailed several times with no results. I have pain issues and had to drive to the Winter Haven BOA. I spent the next few days between using my neck brace & heating pad (and yes, I did tell them about pain issues... but they don't CARE). I am checking out local banks and will be switching soon. I don't know how long I've been with them, but I'd guess 20 years or so.

They make appointments over the phone and when you reach the Branch is closed. Needs to be more responsible and have commitment. If you can afford customer needs; just go out of bussiness completely.
