“Great folks at this store!
We were on our monthly trip from Tampa to Vero Beach and our AC stopped cooling. We pulled in and my husband thought we might need refrigerant but had a hard time locating the low pressure service port. Though it was busy Joshua came out with us when he could and was extremely thorough in looking for the port but it wasn’t easy to find. After Joshua went back in the store Charlie came out to see if he could help. The port was located and we were able to add refrigerant. Joshua and Charlie went above and beyond and we’re so grateful for them. The heat was horrible today and would have made for a terrible trip. Those guys left a nice and cold store to help us out. Please stop in this store and purchase from them. We need to support these type of folks! Thank you Joshua and Charlie!!!”

I went to Advance Auto a few minutes before and the clerk told me she couldnt help me because she was the only one on register. Meanwhile there was a man standing in the back. So I left and came to O'Reilly because Pep Boys was closed as well.”
