“Anna Hernandez was amazing and so patient with me, she even corrected some things that others didn't do even when asked.. and she took care of me as a walk in, last minute and every thing with a smile.... and listen I was at a different H&R for 2 hrs then was told after from the get go was told it would be 1 hr...long story short there is still ppl out there that care about you and their job, H&R is lucky to have her!!!!
