I would not even give this firm a single star. After my father’s passing we used them to help file past due taxes. They were unorganized, unprofessional and the billing was completely fictional. (They are trying to double bill us to file one year of taxes that would equal $2,400 mind you my father was alive for 4 weeks that year) This was a horrible experience and an added stress as we are dealing with the loss of my father. Do not use this firm!

We have used BTI for years to just do our taxes without any issues. The moment we decided to go to another firm who is a personal friend, we received a bill for a small tax addendum we were told would be no charge. It was unprofessional.

We have used Bunting, Tripp, & Ingley for more years than I can remember. They have always done a fabulous job and treated us with much respect! We wouldn't go anywhere else!
