I was sent a survey in email where I named the wrong person (as I was told when he called me at home to confront me!!!) Also they tried to charge me for a battery that was under warranty.Service is good, prices are high, and they would not honor the coupon once because I forgot it.Please do not EVER call me again.

We had an unpleasant experience. We took our vehicle, they scanned it, according to the diagnosis it would be for Tuesday, on Tuesday they warned that Thursday, on Thursday they said Saturday, they did not call and they had to call what they commented was missing a spare part so they had to wait longer; When we went to pick up the vehicle it did not take reverse, we left it. We went again on suggestion. There they offered us to buy a vehicle to which we gave up.They called again and the manager kindly gave us light in the dark, after 3 weeks the vehicle was finally delivered to us; It is necessary to know as the days go by if everything will be fine.P.S. All that time we were with a rented vehicle.

Purchase Aug 16th 2021 Dyer Chevrolet Amount spent $40,000 Problem realized in December 2021 after I started receiving toll bills for a vehicle that wasn't mine in places I have never been to in Florida, it's a dark colored Chevy Pickup and I have never owned a pick up truck. After disputing with FDOT, they reject based on the plate number is registered to me. I go to check my registration and it doesn't match the plates on my new SUV but it matches the sticker so I go to the BMV and find out that my plates are registered to someone else who was assigned plates the same day (Aug 16) and vise versa, they won't contact the other person to tell them or tell me who they are so I have a stranger driving around with my plates who could commit crimes and racking up hundreds in tolls. So I have to pay to cancel those plates then pay for new plates. Now this person is driving illegally. Dyer refuses to help contact this person and won't call me back after several attempts and telling me they will call me back shortly, every time they act like they don't know about the situation and I have to give this long winded story only to told that the person I need to talk to will call me back to make this right, having unpaid tolls that are not mine, plate cancelation fees, new plate fees at least a dozen hours of figuring out how this all happened after ODOT simply told me it was between me and the dealership unless I can prove the pickup truck isn't mine that has my plates on it (I purchased an SUV) They take your new plates and give you the registration, and then take the plates out of site to have a tech put them on, then drive your new car up to the front with the doors open and your on your way, registration goes into the glove box and didn't give it a thought. Additionally whomever made this mistake managed to put the put the wrong sticker on the wrong plate and then the wrong plate on the wrong car which means my registration matches my sticker but not my plate.

I haven't bought a vehicle in years and the buying experience was much better than I expected. No pressure, all questions were answered to my understanding. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. Definitely call Mike Kresmery if you're looking for a good deal.

Kris Moore and Brian from Las Vegas were both awesome!!! Very helpful. Only reason I didn't give a 10 is because I thought I'd get a little more for my trade in. They gave me $1500 less for it than another dealership had offered.
