I was there today to ship drop off a package for a return, the guy at the counter didn’t even say hello. Gave my package, he printed me a receipt, I said Thank you and no response. Very poor customer service and it reminded me why I don’t go here.

Driver did not attempt to collect signature for package. Waited at home all day for the package and he just placed a slip on the door without knocking or ringing the door bell.

FedEx is a bad company. No customer service. My package is lost and I don’t have the tracking number nor did I create the label spectrum did.. no one is able to help me …. I was email the label which is should be easy to find with my email … This could be a 1300.00 $ lost… let’s see what happens tomorrow when I ask them to find my email with the label so I can track the package they lost… They don’t even have full service fed ex stores , you have to go to the dollar store or Walgreens which is not full service.. ZERO STARS FOR YOU FED EX

There was no wait. The clerk was very professional. She was nice, and helpful. The center was clean. I was in and out. She actually informed me that the one FedEx place that I was going to go to, didn't have the service I was needing. So I'm thankful to her for that. I'll be back. This was my 2nd visit. Thank You!

Terrible experience, my package was never delivered after getting to this location, simply disappeared! I had no further updates on my package after going to Lake Wales and now I am filling a Fedex claim. Total frustration with Fedex!
