Quick dropoff despite the clueless people ahead of me that didn't have a box, items were not packed, the credit card didn't work all after tying up the register so no one else could be taken care of. The attendant finally got a hand held scanner and got me the receipt for my prepackaged, prepaid item. Thank you.

I was told by Direct TV that I could return my equipment to FedEx but when I got there FedEx said they don't do that I had to go to the UPS STORE

I’m so disappointed I just took my day off to wait for my package and delivery guy don’t even knock the door just left a note and gone I was looking on my door camera and when I ran to the door he just took off this people have to do the right job

If star rating deduction was a thing, this review would have opted just that.It's rare that I post any type of review, especially a negative one.The incident occurred today, around 10am at the W Central Ave location. I was returning an item and didn't have a shipping label printed or a qr code generated for this return. I thought that wouldn't be a big deal since the local post office and USPS have dyno printers at the front to assist with these such encounters.The person behind the counter told me that they don't print shipping labels and didn't inform me of any further information about how easy and quick it could be to go onto the FedEx website and generate a qr code.... I didn't figure that out until I was at the library waiting for the shipping label to print.The FedEx site states for that specific location the in-store services absolutely include printing shipping labels. In fact, it's the first service offered out of the multiple listed. FIRST ONE.I have well over a decade of customer service experience and his lack of help cost me, not him. Robbed me of my time and money in gas. Thanks for utilizing effective communication and educating me on how to make both of our lives easier. If it wasn't for the fact that the seller paid FedEx for the return, I damn sure would have gone straight to the post office.

Worst experience ever. Failed to mention that my package required a signature, no email, no notifications until after they tried just to find out that no one knocked even though someone was home the gd driver just didn’t see a car in the driveway so assumed no one was home and all I got told was sorry bout your luck try again tomorrow never using gd fedex ever again

Delivered my package to the wrong address, then returned it to sender and sender is sending it back with FedEx again in hope's someone is smart enough to get it to the right address. Not the first time for this with FedEx, just wish I could choose my shipping provider that's all. Poor service!!!!!!!

A FedEx facility can't scan its own labels to ship. Useless.
