“Lauren has been my trainer for a long time. I am 73 years old and never was active in sports so all of this training was new to me. Lauren has worked & guided me at the level where I am at and helped me reach many goals that I never thought possible. She is patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable about our sessions. I feel better physically and have more energy.
I have seen Lauren encourage many clients that aren’t even hers. She keeps our area neat & clean with all the equipment in its place. When I’m in here on my own time I have seen her cleaning machines & vacuuming. She enjoys her work place & wants us to enjoy it also.”

“Staff is awesome. Smaller gym but has pretty much everything you can think of. Little pricey but for clean facilities ,24hrs and friend people who don't judge even when you slam a weight is more than worth it. The prioritize health and fitness not bagel Tuesday.”
