“Lauren has been my trainer for a long time. I am 73 years old and never was active in sports so all of this training was new to me. Lauren has worked & guided me at the level where I am at and helped me reach many goals that I never thought possible. She is patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable about our sessions. I feel better physically and have more energy.
I have seen Lauren encourage many clients that aren’t even hers. She keeps our area neat & clean with all the equipment in its place. When I’m in here on my own time I have seen her cleaning machines & vacuuming. She enjoys her work place & wants us to enjoy it also.”
