“After going to 2 other jewelry stores and them not able to get the links removed on my Seiko Mod Nautilus watch, the owner was happy to help me. He swooped in and saved the day. He was very nice, and even complimented my watch. After removing 2 links, he checked with me to make sure it was the right size, and I decided to have another link taken off. He gladly obliged and even showed me how to wind it up and cautioned me to not over wind it. And the best part was he only wanted to charge me $11! I asked if I could add a tip for the amazing service and assured him I would be back for all my watch and jewelry repairs.”

“They are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help fix my wedding ring and I couldn’t be happier. The center stone came loose one day an as I was about to take it off a prong broke and the stone fell out. Thank goodness it fell out when I was paying attention. I brought it into the jewelers and they were very eager to help. I dropped it off and within days they called me to let me know it was done. The only problem was with my warranty paperwork. Unfortunately I had lost most of the paperwork from a flood but brought in what I could find. That amazing woman went sour of her way to help me and get it all taken care of of so I wasn’t left with a huge repair bill. I could be more grateful. I highly recommend going to them if you are looking for a honest jeweler that will take great care of you and not try to gouge you for every penny you have. They are honest, trustworthy, patient, professional and caring. Thats definitely who you want to trust when you’re looking for a special something for a special someone. They will definitely make the experience as easy and pleasant as possible.”
