Unfortunately this was not a good experience. Over two hours to change the oil is certainly not optimum. The tech was very nice but failed to attach a reminder mileage sticker. Worst of all was,after driving almost 100 miles today,I smelled oil and discovered that the oil cap had not been put back on and I had oil on the motor. Will know how much oil I lost tomorrow.

Today was the day l, I went into Lake Wales Jeep to “look” at a New Jeep. Well long story short I ended up purchasing a New 2024 Rubicon Soft Top -Beautiful Black Jeep, thanks to the Awesome service of Shane, who was an amazing salesperson who just went through everything so well and made the process very smooth. Even the financial piece which I usually hate when buying a car was made so simple and Quick by Jim that I would most definitely recommend Lake Wales Jeep if you are ever in the market for a New or even used vehicle because they had a good inventory.Thanks for an amazing experience.Mike and Rhett Beshel

After having a issue with the screen that shows tire pressure, oil life and other useful information. It was serviced and now is working properly, no issues to date. The people there at Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge were very professional. I'm very happy. Thank you.

Made appt at 9am for oil change and tire rotation under Jeep included maintenance program. At 10:45 I looked out back and saw my car sitting in lot. Asked if it was done. Was told job had not been started yet. Had porter bring car and left dealership. Cannot recommend this service department.

Had a great time at LAKE WALES Dodge today. Had my truck serviced, everything went smooth. There was one minor hiccup towards the end. However, the people at the dealership made things right. I went in happy, and I left happy that’s the bottom line.

Went in to “look” and left with not 1 trade-in but 2! Shane took care of us! This would be the 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from him.Amazing customer service, extremely knowledgeable and helpful!Huge thank you to Shane, Jacob and Jim for making this possible! I would like to begin this review with an amazing 5 stars. The team, environment and friendliness of the staff was like no other! Very professional and very well organized dealership. I was able to make an impossible deal possible with the great help and guidance of staff members I drove away in my new Chevy Silverado. 10/10 recommend!!

I am so happy to be greeted, listened to, and helped through the buying process to get my son in a car. Mom co-signed, giving my son a chance to be responsible. I shopped online and got pre-qualified before I made my purchase appointment. I am impressed with the paperwork process, is done on a tablet now. Thank you for making my day Tim!!

For 3 weeks I had dealt with several different technicians as I had entrusted them to properly fix the engine on my 2013 Dodge Avenger. albeit under warranty, they had replaced more than necessary, charged me when the vehicle was obviously not ready, and even after leaving the dealership I had begun to experience the exact same issue again. Their technicians dragged out the service for an extensive period and were bluntly rude when I had called them out on such practices. I had attempted to leave early with the vehicle and it wouldn't start until a technician miraculously fixed my engine problem in 3 seconds, kept it for another day and it continues to have this same problem. warranty or not, they will use and abuse your wallet, time and mentality. As for those who see this review and wish to refute my comments on this review. The ball is in your court, and I am a professional NBA player

Your dealership makes it really easy to take my business elsewhere. Mopar sent me a $59.99 synthetic oil change coupon and your dealership made sure to tac on "misc" fees to get the price up to $85. Nonsense. I'll get my oil changed anywhere else where the personality matches the price. Definitely won't be back here.

Unfortunately, I received sub optimal service. My statement came out to over 3.1k after my diagnostic and they couldn't even provide simple windshield fluid which was clearly needed. It makes me feel as I have an incomplete job.I'm beginning to question if my cars issues were actually fixed, as I continue to receive the some of the same issues prior to turning in my vehicle. I will be taking my Challenger to an unaffiliated Dodge Dealership for further analysis. This was my first visit to this dealership and most likely my last.

Got took for my money.. If buying a car here Proceed with caution. First time buying a car from a dealer I bought the car spontaneously. I knew better but really liked the car. No one to blame but me, my mistake for believing I was getting a honest deal. Crooks aren’t only behind bars. They are also behind desks. I guess that’s the new normal 2023 I can keep goin, but I’m not this is my first time leaving a “google review for anything. Good luck

I had a terrible experience. I brought my RAM Pro Master 2500 with electrical issue my screen was not working and headlight keep going off . After they diagnosed the van they found a burned wire that was stuck on the catalytic converter so they changed it that’s cost us 2k and nothing changed. The van was at the shop for 4 months I lost a lot of money leaving it there that’s the only van I had for my small business they couldn’t figure out what’s wrong with it. After speaking with almost 3 mangers they always hire and fire different people I guess nothing was solved last manger told me the van need new transmission and engine that would cost about 14k mind as will get you new vehicle wow great solution I guess. I always have to argue with the mechanic advisor josh at the front desk very unprofessional and argumentative person . After wasting money and time and resources I had to take the van out of the dealer and it was at the worse condition then gave it to them definitely very disappointed, and I will never do business with them. I hope everyone can be aware of this and avoid this mistake.

The purchase process was seamless. We corresponded via email and text, upon pick up the vehicle was spotless, I was greeted with a smile (they waited past business hours) I signed the paperwork and was on my way. I highly recommend Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
