My family had a wonderful experience at this location. Jason was very knowledgeable and friendly. We made the switch from version and got our bill down from over $300 down to $140 for four lines and we got to keep our phone numbers.

I went in to remove a line in hopes to make my bill cheaper. Brandon helped me keep our phone numbers, get our bill lowered and changed my due date. He also informed me of promotions and offerings from T-Mobile since I've been a loyal customer to MetroPCS for almost 20 years. His customer service was absolutely phenomenal and I will be back as long as he is still there. Do whatever you need to keep this employee because ones like him are a rarity these days.

I wish they had more reasonable prices phones. Even a flip phone costs $100. But the location is convenient it's right off of hwy 27.
