About Oakley Transport Inc
Oakley Transport Inc. is a family-owned and operated transportation company providing over-the-road, dedicated, and logistics services across North America. Many drivers describe the company as professional, respectful, and making them feel like family from the first day of orientation. The dispatch team, especially in the Dry Van/Reefer division, is frequently praised as among the best—professional, efficient, and providing plenty of work with good preplans. However, a significant concern for some drivers is the reliability of the equipment. One experienced driver reported being assigned a high-mileage truck that required frequent shop visits and suffered from breakdowns due to improper repairs, impacting their ability to work. Despite this, the company offers structured training with several days of orientation and support from trainers. The environment is noted as being supportive, with specific appreciation for helpful coworkers in challenging roles like tanker operations. While experiences vary, many drivers feel good at the company and recommend it to other professional drivers.

4 days of class training/paperwork and regular orientation activities, followed by a week of going out with a trainer. We were dropped off at the hotel after every shift. We were fed breakfast at the hotel at 0700 and they bought us lunch. Dinner was on us.
