I have been a patient of Quest Diagnostics for a couple of years now. I love the ease of appointments, locations, personnel, and most of all, the test results are provided without any delay!!!

If I could give zero stars, I 100% would I showed up to get blood work done that my doctor had given me and signed in on the tablet in the waiting room and waited. A lady come out and very rudely said that myself and one other person need to re-sign in and pick a time, so try and re-sign in and it does not give me a time again and she comes out and she starts yelling at me and this other person saying that obviously if we didn’t get the chance to pick a time, they didn’t have anything available that day and we need to go somewhere else or just leave , 100% it is my fault for not realizing I had to make an appointment. I was under the impression because I had been to this particular location before we could do it as walkins but the way she treated her will go to another quest before I ever step foot in this one again, there is a way to handle professionalism and a way to act when you work at a business And the way that lady acted and no way or manner was professional, and I will be calling to speak to a manager or someone higher up

Always very friendly. I have to have blood work done five or six times a year and always go to the Lake Wales Quest. I have another Quest that is a bit closer but I prefer this one.

Phlebotomists at Quest in Lake Wales are courteous, professional, and never cease to find a vein immediately. Having been poked and prodded elsewhere, this level of expertise is amazing!

Fabulous as always Christine is the best. All the ladies there are great. My husband is a very hard stick but she knows just what to do. My husband want go to no other location unless he absolutely has to and we haven't yet. We love the staff at Lake Wales location.
