Horrible. They never answer the phone. It goes straight to voicemail and says the mailbox is full. They worked on my car twice before and it was great. I'm not driving to LW to speak in person and then go back for an appointment.

I went to Kelly's Automotive. he can fix anything no matter what broken or about to break. He fixed a hatchback latch for me ,half the price of the Honda shop. Everyone that works there is super great including Ryan at R&R air.

A little high in their estimate, for the overhead of their establishment. I took my car afterwards to a regular big franchise tire store which I could understand a higher price, to my amazment they were cheaper in estimating my air conditioning than R & R.

My air went out in this blazing Florida heat, these people took care of me within a matter of hours. The bill was extremely afforable and I couldn't of asked for a better experience. Ryan and Roger went above and beyond for me. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is in need of an a.c. fix. Thanks guys!
