I was disappointed in this vet. The customer service was good but the care for my older dog was lacking. I paid over $200 for service and the vet never touched my dog. You could only get the prescription from them, and they were overpriced. For the price she charges, you can find better care for your animal.

I have been a client for approximately 12 years. The staff is always personable, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Dr. Yoder is always direct and explains things so we can make educated decisions for our pets health. They truly care for our pets and it shows.

Took my dog here because he was chewing and scratching like crazy so bad that he had several bald spots stated multiple times he hasn't had any signs of fleas and still it got dismissed as a flea allergy. Took him to another vets office and turns out he infact had a yeast infection. To make matters worse i brought a tiny kitten that was tossed out of a moving car begging for help to be denied i made an appointment but unfortunately she passed a day later when I called to cancel it i was asked if i wanted to cancel or reschedule and i explained she passed away the receptionist then says I'll remove it and the phone clicked as she hung up on me without an ounce of empathy

I've come considered this my veterinarian for 4 yrs. I had an emergency 2 years ago....they refused to see my Tippy by the time I foumd out about the emergency in Dundee she died..last year I took my Minty in they had me waiting in the car for 4 hours be4 they brought paper work for me to sign so they could treat Minty. Today they refused me again for an emergency. If you ❤ your pets don't bring them here. When you need them they let you down. Please find people that care about animals.

Unprofessional and Dismissive Veterinary ExperienceRating: ★☆☆☆☆I recently visited this veterinary clinic with my dog to address a potential UTI. While the initial examination for the UTI was conducted promptly, I was extremely disappointed with the subsequent treatment received. Despite clearly expressing my inability to afford additional medications due to budget constraints, the veterinarian persisted in pressuring me to purchase said medications throughout the entire consultation.Despite my repeated statements that the extra medications were not financially feasible for me as a single parent, the veterinarian continued to disregard my concerns and made passive-aggressive remarks in front of both myself and my teenage son. The conversation became increasingly inappropriate and disrespectful, as the veterinarian openly compared their own financial situation and ownership of multiple animals to undermine my inability to afford the prescribed medications. Moreover, the veterinarian exhibited a lack of empathy by rubbing my financial situation in my face, even going so far as to use a calculator to emphasize the exact cost difference. This unprofessional behavior, coupled with the fact that it occurred in front of my child, left me feeling belittled and humiliated. The veterinarian's attempts to apologize by sharing personal anecdotes about their own struggles seemed insincere and did not alleviate the distress caused.Overall, I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this veterinary clinic. The unprofessionalism, disregard for boundaries, and berating behavior exhibited by the veterinarian create an unpleasant and distressing experience. I believe it is important to choose another veterinary clinic that values professionalism, respect, and empathy towards their clients.

Bad in every way. I could list all the reasons but would be here for days. She made my father cry, which is no small thing. My wife thinks she is nasty and for a women her age very petty and immature. My Mom gets mad because she hires people that don't know what they are doing. None of that matters to me. She just charges too much. She says it is the law but do a google search. There is only one law when it comes to lab tests. When our dog got a rash she did all these tests and found nothing. Charged us a lot of money. Down the street they said it was an allergic reaction, didn't need tests and it got it cleared up in 4 days.

Appt at 10:45, at 12:40 we left. Fill in Dr was rude, had no idea why my pet was there. Had to tell them this was first visit. Told tech to do this that and the other thing. Only info given was weight. Would NEVER return to such a disorganized office, nor would I ever recommend that office to anyone.

I can’t find the words to say how grateful I am for Dr. Yoder and her staff. They are genuinely good people, Techs, and Dr. Yoder is; HANDSDOWN, the most absolutely amazing doctor of veterinary care I have ever trusted. Yes I trust her. She ; and her staff, are very intelligent when it comes to my animals. Not just that though. They care. They have a true passion for what they do. They have NEVER done a procedure on my animals without my permission and call me with every step of the way. I love the communication there. I have never been to a Vets office that value 100% communication with their pet owners regarding prices and procedures. Their prices are very reasonable. Mila was spayed there Thursday. Then we had to hospitalize her over the weekend due to an adverse side effect to anesthesia. We picked her up an hour ago. Dr. Yoder didn’t charge me for the stay. She has a heart and a brain like her staff. And they listen to you also. She’s just an amazing person with amazing staff. God bless y’all.

Riley is my bestfriend and she has seen me through a lot over the years and when she got sick I didn’t know what to do or where to turn. The first clinic I went to made us feel like we didn’t matter and my dog, who couldn’t even lift her own head didn’t matter…. When I took her to ridge I found compassion, I found a place where the people genuinely cared about my dog and my feelings. It wasn’t just my dog they cared about either, it was every animal that came in. I sat with Riles while she got some fluids and just watched…. I had never left Riley at a vets office before, let alone anywhere that wasn’t family, but after watching them and seeing them interact with other animals (without their owners) I felt safe and comfortable leaving my baby there. These two pictures are a couple days apart and if you have eyes you can see the difference…. I recommend this clinic to anyone who has fur babies. They won me over forever and I will forever be grateful for what they did for Riley.
