Love this location. Easy to get to, the store displays are eye catching with wonderful smelling products and they have the friendliness staff. ?

With the bowling alley, theater and food court it is a very comfortable place to shop. There are a limited number of stores. There are some high-end like Dillard's and there's some really good ones like Rack Room. It is an easy place to navigate through because of the lack of a crowd.

Idiots operating the Santa booth don't advertise days or hours .. nothing on mall website either. Your loosing tons of business to Lakeland Mall Santa and both Tampa and Orlando Bass pro shops. How lazy you must be to not print a piece of paper or use a dry erase board like you did last year. This is why locals no longer support you ..

We come for a few stores. We hate to see the mall is less attractive these days. But with technology advancing and online shopping becoming more popular it is bound to affect the stores locally.

Took the wife to bath and body work. I noticed they are starting to rent out some of their empty spaces they had for a while to vendors. Great to see !! Will go visit again and update with pictures soon

This mall is a dump, a dying animal. Driving by it, you wonder how it got in this condition. Well, today I found out why. I ran into a plastic security guard claiming to be the assistant mall manager. I was to do some work at one of the stores in the mall early in the morning or after closing. In my line of work I have to be in the store doing my work BEFORE the stores opens because I have ladders and equipment on the sales floor. Obviously, so it does not disturb or possibly hurt the customers. Well, the "assistant mall manager" doesn't know or understand this. He's never heard of contractors coming in before the mall opens to complete work that could possibly hurt customers. The "assistant mall manager" doesn't know this!! Like I said earlier, I now know why this mall is going bankrupt... management!! Here's a tip to the mall manager, tell your assistant, if that's his actual title, to stop roaming the halls acting like a tough guy, talking down to people that are just trying to do their job. He didn't even bother to radio his fellow security guards or the store to ask if they were expecting me. He literally told me to leave immediately and come back when the mall opens like everyone else. Unbelievable "management" treats people like this because his tilte allows him to. Again, if that's his actual title as one would never expect true management to act this way. Complaint will be filed with the actual manager and the company that owns the mall.

assistant Mall Manager, Bruce doesn't know how to do his job properly. He doesn't know how to confirm with the stores about before and after hours work scheduled. Apparently he hates contractors and doesn't recall that they have been scheduled earlier than mall hours to get work done before the customers come in to the store. He has a bad attitude and thinks he owns the mall. I wouldn't go back to this location ever again. It's a very crappy mall in the first place and according to "management," everybody can see why it's a dying mall. Apparently the Assistant Mall manager can't even afford mall security because he's roaming the halls. He didn't even bother to call anybody or walk me to the site. He didn't ask for a work order. He's a big fake tough guy.

This place is the walking dead of the mall world...it has apparently added a nightclub to the mix of why here locations....(oh that's right cause we're desperate!!!). They need to attract a good anchor like cabelas/ bass pro, or turn more toward the worship center that has taken on a large scale portion of the mall space. But adding shady businesses that REQUIRE security will not attract the clientele that will keep you afloat long term...

What a sad sight!!!!! With all of the housing developments popping up in this area you would think they would plan ahead and try to get a Target in here!!!! People in this area for years have been begging for a Target!!!! Please do something good, useful & long term!!!!! No more Wal-Marts, nail salons, Dollar stores etc.

It used to be a great place to go until they allowed too many questionable teens to use it as their gathering place. As adults began to feel unsafe, they stopped coming and the businesses left. It was a management error.

This Mall could be really awesome! It is really too bad a lot of the anchor stores have left but what's to stop them from bringing in more!? There was plenty of foot traffic meaning more money for the mall. It does need some updates on bathrooms etc . I did visit the food court I got something at pho licious and it was really good and we also tried the Jamaican grill which was also very good. I had no idea it had a bowling alley and arcade plenty of things for children and many others to do! It is in a great location! It's really too bad these older malls have such bad management that's the only thing I can blame it on! And why is the movie theater closed? I know they try to blame it on people shopping online which I do as well but also like to go in person to see and try things on. Next time I go I'm definitely going to go bowling and to the arcade with my granddaughter.
