I was referred to by a friend when I needed storage. I found out from the owner this was the longest operating storage in town. I am glad I went! I called around to several places. This place was the cheapest and they offered climate units. The isles are immaculate and bright! The facility feels secure I noticed it gated around the entire facility with cameras and lighting. I got a great deal. I rented at another storage who promised a $40 month move in and when it was said & done I paid over $100! Not here. I literally paid my rent and that's it. Natasha is so kind and professional. She and I talked as if we had known each other for years! Even offering me a cup of java. This kind of interaction is lost on most businesses. I am impressed with this place!

Extremely Clean Facility! Natasha is one heck of an owner. Went above & beyond expectations to help us get moved in! Answered all our questions. Her professionalism is unmatched to most businesses! I would recommend this Storage facility to anyone. Makes you feel like your a friend or part of the family here. Prices are spot on. Place is Secure. Lots of cameras, Gated entirely. The owners take serious pride in their facility & it shows.

I've been so very pleased with Storage Zone in Lake Wales. The location is convenient, easy access and the prices are the best around town. They always have dollies available which is not always the case at other storage units. Otis and Natasha are wonderful owners and take great pride in what they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been with storage zone since 2019 and I can’t complain. Otis and Natasha are great. Customer service, prices, clean, and attending all needs to their clients. 100% nothing bad to say. Recommended the 100%
