My husband and I hadn't been here in quite some time and were excited to try the new menu. We were the only 2 in line, and he let me go first. Unfortunately, out of the 2 gals serving us behind the counter, I got the short end of the stick. Marisol I think was her name, all. I remember is her rude attitude how quiet she was (Not speaking clearly) and how she just threw together my Monster footling, which was supposed to have Monterey jack cheese, steak, bacon, green peppers and onions on it, plus the add-ons of my choice. Mine didn't have any cheese or bacon. She just made me feel very uncomfortable.My husband on the other hand, had the sweetest girl named Julie, and his 2 footlongs, one being the Monster, were the best looking subs in the world and she was the exact opposite, kind and helpful. We both thanked Julie as we left the shop.Just thought I'd let y'all know I was very disappointed ?

Service is good, store was clean. They were restocking food at the time, and i couldn’t help but notice how their ponytails just kept swinging over the food. Please,please, please promote hair nets here. High ponytails or buns. I stood there praying there would be no hair in my food.

Several Fridays in a row I come here and I get the same girl every time. I stand here for a good 5 minutes while she’s in the back not paying attention that a customer walked in. I normally have to say hello a few times before she comes out. Today I walked in and I’m standing in front of her for 5 minutes and she doesn’t even acknowledge that I’m here to say I’ll be right with you or anything plus she has a manager tag on her name is Neyesha. Someone needs to help this store I won’t be back.

Both of the ladies working had an attitude I’m positive one of them was the store manager very uncomfortable atmosphere to be in I mean if you hate your job just say that I stopped in on my lunch break needless to say I won’t be back I will drive the extra distance to the Dundee

We are frequent visitors to Subway restaurants. Generally all have been good - but there are exceptions. But this location has always served up a quick and good looking sandwich. Never had any issues with service or quality here at this store.

I am very disappointed with this Subway location. I ordered a tuna protein bowl. No no longer provide plastic ware knives so I can cut it up like a chopped salad. The employee did not put enough ingredients in it to make it even half full. The employee was short in her interaction with me, she appeared sulking about something. I will not stop here again, there is a Wendi's nearby or I will patronize the Subway in town, where they provide value and a smile. They also give me a knife so I can cut up my salad. This is the third time I have left the Subway on Chalet Suzanne and my last.

Ordered online, and my 2 subs were ready when I arrived exactly as I ordered.Vegetarian options: You can make any sub a vegetarian sandwich. There are so many options to choose from.

It smelled so good when I walked in that i could practically taste my Subway sandwich already! Friendly staff who had my sandwich made within 5 minutes of ordering online.Clean with lots of tables. More than most Subway's I've been at.

The Spanish looking girl so so rude …. She never greeted me or ask me if I need it anything else. She was just like a robot, very cold. No kindness! Didn’t even say thank you have a great day. I don’t recommend anyone to go there unless they have a different person. Learn some matters lady. She needs more training on how to be polite and nice to customers.

I came in yesterday after getting off work.placed my order ..the person fixed my food and when I got ready to pay..she wouldn't take a $50.00 bill for my $22.00 order.When I walked in she told me that the oven was down so I couldn't get it toasted.I arrived 15 minutes before closing and the open light was already off..but-the door was still open.After not wanting to give me my order eventhough my 2 footlong subs we're fixed.She took them off the counter and told me goodbye.I will be letting everyone know that the staff is very rude and unprofessional. NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FOOD FROM THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN.AND..Me and my family have been coming here for well over 20 years.

The store was clean but the customer service of the employee who waited on me and others was not good she was rude to me but she displayed the same attitude to the customers in front of me and behind I will not return at this location
