The teller at this branch working the drive thru window was not personable at all! I asked to buy ten dollars in pennies and she says they can't sell ten dollars in pennies. Really!? I've gotten much more than $10 worth of pennies at every other branch I've visited. . Pure BS Won't be visiting this branch ever again. Keep your coin. Blah!

I have been with the bank branch for 22 years from Sun trust to truist with several of the ladies being there the whole time. This place does not smell of moth balls and they do care about there people. Rules are rules but from my friends experiences other places , I am so happy not to have dealt with other banks.

Very helpful. Bridget the manager, assisted me in opening a business account. Networked with a possible insurance plan through Truist as well some other assistance. Bridget is very helpful and compassionate about helping others with her customers.

This bank is the worst.The drive thru is always closed and people are having to wait in these long lines with 1 teller only.They never have any change either.

I hate going inside there and doing any kind of business. The Lake Wales and Sebring branches of this bank have the absolute rudest tellers. They act like they're doing YOU a favor by dealing with you at all.

I would advise anyone not to use SunTrust Bank they require two forms of ID which a driver's license should be sufficient when other people are saying we don't even need an ID to vote. They also have a $7 check cashing fee which is ridiculous. The place also smells like a mothball or my grandmother's bathroom. I will no longer take a check from someone that has a SunTrust bank account.

The customer service for this bank is pretty heartless and horrible. My brother and I have tried to close my father's account 4 times since his death. We've brought the certified death certificate personally into the bank after getting an apt online. He has 9$ in the account. They told us we needed an attorney to close the account. I called 4 times and also mailed the certified death certificate. They are making us relive our fathers death over and over. Now they are charging my deceased father overdrafts because of the maint fee. Why torture the children of an American hero from WWII who died at 94 with no will and 9$ in his account. They should be ashamed. No veteran should bank here.

Was in line at the outside teller before 4 pm and was declined at 4:02 pm because I had to wait obviously. So I am sitting in a parking lot away from bank at 4:05 to let you know that I have been a customer for years and years and since Lake Wales changed their hours they have done nothing but let me down. This upsets me. I even stick with them when everyone was telling me to transfer and they can't honor people in line. Let me just try telling the students I teach...that I can't meet their needs because someone else took up my time and you would see me fired and let go for not meeting the needs of my students.
