On the way to South Florida I was looking for a tire shop that could quickly add some grease to my upper control arms. I stopped at tire barn in Lake Wales and they were absolutely outstanding to work with. I would highly recommend going to this them for service.

Paid over $1200 to have my a/c repaired original lasted over 20 years the unit they installed new of course lasted 14 months paid another $1100. To get it fixed again had code on transmission had filter replaced $600. Didn't solve problem shift valve with short in harness I replaced both filter and harness also valves solved problem took me 2 hours and saved over $600.

Needed new tires on my trailer while having two pallets of feed loaded. I called in advance to make sure they had the tires I needed and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes.

Let's just say I drove 1hr out of my way just to get to ?Tire Barn?, they really are that good. Tires on deck, brakes alignment.? I HAVE A CLASS 3 VEHICLE ?3500 RAM DUALLY.? GOT ME IN & OUT SAME DAY.

The guys were very welcoming and got working on my vehicle very quickly. We have bought many sets of tires from them, including tires for our sxs. We will definitely be going back for any and all future needs for our cars and sxs.

I have been going to Tire Barn for years with great service up until the last two times I’ve had my vehicle there. Visit before last I had four new tires installed had brought it in because I had a couple of tires that had slow leaks in them. After having four new tires installed. I woke up the next morning and had two flat tires due to the fact that they did not change out valve stems. The owner made Good the next day after another visit. This last visit I went in for some air conditioner work and told them that if they could not get blenddoors working not to do compressor and evaporator work. They went ahead and decided to do the work anyway And when I picked up my truck, it was still blowing heat into the cab. I was verbally told by the counter help that I did not need to Come back. Again, the owner was willing to make it good, but I do not trust his help enough To bring my truck back to that shop. I would suggest taking your vehicle to another shop. The owner is a standup guy at Tire Barn. Unfortunately his help is not.

I just paid $412. To have front wheel bearings. Last time I was there I paid the labor $100. I bought my own bearings in. I waited for the car. 3 hours & 15 mins. I also video what was going on. There had my car up passenger tire off, NO ONE was working on the car. Tech went from my car to another car. I watched for 45 mins and no one was working on it. One house later I saw him working on it and it took them 15 min for left side. Then I saw them remove the driver’s side again he left the car with no tire and worked on another car. Total 2.4 hours, this is a Scam running hours on one car and worked on another.
This is crazy how there work. I have the video
All because I bought my own parts so they take advantage of us ladies. I will report to BBB.

I brought my van in to have the front tires balanced. I didn't get the customer reps name that took my information but he was lacking any skills in customer relations. I won't say he was rude and maybe he was having a bad day but I got my keys back from him and left. I always trust my gut feelings about a business and most of the time I'm spot on.
