They make no attempt to deliver packages

Order some stuff from Macy's to my dad's address, which is $330 worth of stuff. He lives in Lake Wales. Macy's have shipped it through usps. According to Macy's tracking, usps claims that they have delivered it at his front door/porch. A year or two ago, I installed a ring door bell and ring camera at my dad's address that faces the front door and driveway. When I backtrack it to the time they claim that they have delivered it. There was no video evidence at that time that shows the usps postman delivered any shipment. So, that kinda tells me that it may have been delivered to the wrong address or that the postman decided to keep the package for him or herself. Now, I'm trying to fight Macy's for a refund.
Update 6/24/2025
Macy's has denied my requests twice, one for a reshipped and one for a refund. So, now I'm taking this up with my Bank.

I went in with a package to have it mailed to Wisconsin. The box was open. I had no clue that I am supposed to tape it. The teller proceeded to tell me that I can buy tape or she can tape it with priority tape mail, and mail it that way when I told her the gentleman next to her usually tapes it for me she said it must be because you’re White and not black!?! Really Some type of customer service they have there, and very disappointing, considering where we were and it was in front of my daughter.

Giving it a one star because as I’m waiting to mail my postage, mail person at window named Bob … is telling another older gentleman (costumer) the following “and If they speak Spanish they talk a lot “ when talking about his “girlfriend who is a woman who talks alot” … anyway not professional or appropriate and his comment seemed racist and it took me 15 minutes to wait while he took care of the man who was behind me when I was in the line first. They were having a full conversation not related to this man mailing anything… The ladies who work here are usually nice but this man Bob needs a bit of training even though it seems he’s old enough to know better.

The employees are arrogant, especially Isabel, she has a very bad attitude. She doesn't explain anything to you, she doesn't even say good morning. Very unprofessional. Terrible customer services.

Poor service!
If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. They retained my package at the post office because I asked them to do it, they are lying, I didn't ask for it. Now I have to pickup the package, I work until 4:25 pm and they close at 4:00! Saturdays they are close too, when do they want me to pick up the package?? Worst service ever.

You have 1 person taking care of all the customers. You also have other workers walking around, completely ignoring the fact that there is 10 people in line waiting to be helped. Expect to be waiting at least 30 minutes before being helped.

I can't describe anything because I went to leave my request to change my rent and I need them to tell me what my mailbox will be but not even their lights seem to have told me that in 10 days they were going to show me the mailbox but it's been a month now and They don't appear here

Everytime I've been in there it's always great service..The guy I always seem to have is(don't know his name) I'm guessing hes from NJ or NY.Always in a good mood will have a quick conversation with me..I'm always surprised myself it's always good service..lol
