How sad to see the cashier and her facial expressions of disappointment or frustration when she notice a cart full of merchandise and the worst part is she doesn't even greet the client or answer the customer greet. These are the same associates who classifies a company as bad bosses when they get replace with self check outs or computers. If you don't like your job there are always other options no matter your age or race. By the way I'm a regular client.

As I am writing this review, I have been on hold intermittently for :45 minutes. Just when you think someone will come to the phone, they put you back in phone bank hell. Never does anyone at least say "we'll be right with you". Poor customer service. I'm very surprised at this Walgreens on US 27 at Thompson Nursery Rd in Lake Wales Fl. Taking my business elsewhere. SMH!

They changed their hours. Open an hour later and and close an hour earlier. Before the change in hours, the pick up lines are long and I feel like I'm in a CVS pick up line. They are too busy to shorten the hours.

Always having problems. Today was a \"this store doesn't sell liquor\" call trying to find their hours when there is a liquor store attached with like 3 big LIQUOR signs... I've bought liquor here like 6 times and the people that work don't even know... beyond no customer service, their staff is oblivious

Prescription faxed from Dr office, told by Walgreens that not covered by insurance. Called Dr and had different script called in (according to insurance co it is covered). Called about script and told by Walgreens that insurance co denied 2nd medicine also. (however Humana said 2nd meds covered and Walgreen had not tried to fill 2nd MED. Tried 6 days to get meds for severe health problem. Today, six days later found out from insurance co that Walgreens NEVER tried to fill 2nd script. So don't trust Walgreen when they say they tried to fill prescription. From now on will use pharmacy that wants to help sick people get needed medicine. Talked to manager (or someone saying he was a manager and was told "sorry for inconvenience". Does not help to hear that if I am sick and ca't breathe without medicine and close to going to emergency room. Plus while on hold two different times they hung up on me! Don't use Walgreens on Hwy 60 in Lake Wales, FL

Would not return an unopened item that I had a recipe for...
