We ordered calendars as Christmas gifts. They were to be completed by 4pm Christmas Eve. We do not live near this Walgreens, so we stopped on our way to pick up the gifts. When we arrived they had not completed the calendars and blamed the night crew for not finishing it. This was not the night crew’s responsibility as it was supposed to be done the day before. We were sent away with the promise that the girl that could do it, would be in between 3-4 pm. My husband called to be sure that calendar was done. The person said that it would be done in 30 minutes, so my husband left the party to go pick up the gifts. When he got there, the calendars were done on copy paper and he was informed that someone had gone to another store to get the proper paper and that it would be done later that night. As I mentioned above, we don’t live near this Walgreens, so we were unable to pick up the calendars until the 29th. When my husband went in to get the calendars, the girl behind the counter was extremely rude and said to him they had “been done for a while”. She then continued with her attitude and rang him up with a $1 discount for the inconvenience. She then refused to give us the gift sleeves that we paid for. My husband had to track down a manager to get the sleeves. Overall this was a horrible experience and the lack of acknowledgement of how disappointing it was to have a guaranteed Christmas gift unavailable because people were too lazy to do their jobs is ridiculous. Oh an not to mention that the completed product is total garbage, the photos are not aligned properly so there’s a huge white space to the left of the calendar and then the photo runs off the edge of the other side.
