These pharmacists are rude and refused to fill a script even after the doctor resent the order. The young red hair guy was extremely rude and condescending He does not know my medical history, but played God with my meds. There are several other pharmacies in the area, and I strongly recommend any other place in lieu of this Walgreens.

Last night was the best experience we’ve had at this pharmacy. My wife and I had orders for the same two prescriptions. I saw one was canceled so I was able to talk to the pharmacist on duty. He informed me my insurance denied one of my prescriptions. He provided a way that I could get a reduced price, saving us money. In spite of the fact that he was by himself he handed our situation very professionally and with much patience.

I sent my husband in to pickup children’s liquid Sudafed which is typically carried with other Sudafed products behind the pharmacy counter. The technician behind the counter explained to him that it’s an OTC product, showed him where it was and proceeded to ring him out along with taking his ID for the product that obviously didn’t require one at the register considering it is available for any one to purchase who comes into the store. She told him that it would need to be signed for which the pin pad never prompted for a signature so that showed have flagged her that she was selling the incorrect medication that was asked for. Since he was given the wrong medication, I went back in to ask for the correct one and if they didn’t have it, to return Sudafed PE. Not only would she argue with me that this was not “phenylephrine” but indeed “pseudoephedrine” and that this item that was sold was NOT a state regulated item , she wouldn’t allow me to return the wrong medication stating the manager said I could not. Funny how when the manager listened to me explaining that the medication shows “phenylephrine” on the box and not “pseudoephedrine”, he did the return without an issue. Having been a pharmacy tech of 14 years previously with this company, I went in knowing what I needed and left feeling incredibly frustrated that this technician was utterly clueless to what she thought she knew about Sudafed. She needs to get off her high horse and educate herself better with medications seeing how she’s surrounded by them on a daily bases.

How sad to see the cashier and her facial expressions of disappointment or frustration when she notice a cart full of merchandise and the worst part is she doesn't even greet the client or answer the customer greet. These are the same associates who classifies a company as bad bosses when they get replace with self check outs or computers. If you don't like your job there are always other options no matter your age or race. By the way I'm a regular client.

I have been using Walgreens pharmacy for years, in various locations throughout the US. This is the first time I have been told they would not dispense my meds as prescribed by my doctor. My doctor contacted them to confirm that the prescriptions were what I needed. The pharmacist proceeded to tell me that SHE was a doctor of pharmacology and again stated that she would not fill my prescriptions in question - which, by the way, the same Walgreens had been filling on a monthly basis for over a year. She then told me that if I wasn't happy with her decision, I could go to another pharmacy!!!I did.

Needed to take a few medical tests related to my pregnancy, Walgreen website said they offered it all! Showed up on 3/27 and guess what, they didn't even show up to work yesterday, and didn't even call the walgreen employees to let them know.So i tried again on 3/28, and guess what the rude lady who no-called/no showed the day before was not helpful and said they didn't do the tests that they advertised.Do yourselves a favor, and go to a proper medical facility, not walgreens.

We use the liquor side of the store. We switched pharmacies when the pharmacist decided she “didn’t feel comfortable” filling on of my meds I had been on for years. She proceeded to tell me that they have more power to decline Rx refills. The line is ALWAYS long and it takes nearly an hour to get to the front. They give you a huge hassle.We switched to a small, hometown pharmacy and have nothing but praises for them!

Placed an order for a poster for a presentation online and when I got there to pick up my order with a nasty attitude I was informed that they dont have a poster size paper. A phone call or a message when you dont have an item specially for a simple stuff wouldn’t be that difficult to make, but with employees like the ones working there, its too much to ask for. They are pretty much there to jump from one department to the other, attitude doesn’t get them that far.

A reason this corporation has filed bankruptcy is because of there horrible customer service. If you can use a different pharmacy do so.
