Excellent, authentic cuisine and service. And the staff is very proud of their establishment. I convinced my husband to try this place but he was not sure about trying out an unfamiliar place. Well, 4 hours later he is still raving about the experience! He had spaghetti and meatballs. I had chicken sorrentino; both were recommended by our wonderful waiter! We also had creme bruleè and chocolate temptation cake plus cheesecake and cannoli to go. This resturant is must for all Italian food lovers.

Decided to give this location a try after visiting Bok Tower. Facility was very clean and staff was courteous. Menus were somewhat confusing as they were designed in a way that indicated a traditional Italian meal sequence but we quickly discovered it was not. Food quality was good and pricing was very reasonable. I must admit that we have grown to accustomed to seasoned food and so our meals, while good, were not quite a fit. With exception of the mozzarella antipasto, portion sizes were large. Pricing for a family of four with gratuity was $125; 2 antipasta, 5 meals.

We had dinner twice & both times have been extremely satisfied with the total experience. I had the Spaghetti Carbonara & my wife had lentil soup, and lasagna. Everything was delicious & service was great.

Everything about this experience was positive. We both had fettuccine alfredo, one with shrimp and one with chicken. Homemade alfredo sauce was excellent Reasonable prices and fast courteous service

Decided to stop by since we had not been in a very long while. They have really improved the place and it is very lovely. The food was awesome, though expensive. We would go back at some point for special occasions.

Took some friends with us, it was our first time there, Friends second time, reserved a table at 5:45 pm through Open table app. arrived 15 minutes early, but they seated us right away. We were given menus right away, but it took a while to get water and longer to get drinks ordered. Seemed like there was only one waitress "Ericka" working which was okay but seemed like she was running ragged. We finely received our drinks and put in our dinner order. a bit longer and another person brought bread basket, after bread was almost gone our friend asked waitress about our salads and soups, the waitress said she just put our order for them in, So bread was gone and no soup or salads. again seemed like waitress was running ragged. Then we asked the host for more drinks and again another 20 minutes until my wife got up from table and went to waitress and let her know we would like more drinks. I have been to many Italian restaurants and drinks were always free flowing, that's where the restaurant makes their money. after a while longer the drinks arrived, and eventually we were served our meal. Meals were hot, and absolutely delicious, No complaints with food. while we were waiting on our meals we noticed that their take out service was non stop, box after box of food was brought to the front of the restaurant and people were coming in for pick up. its very detracting to watch orders nonstop going out the front door. maybe they should have a side door for takeout service. I feel that it was unfair to the waitress as well as patrons, having only one waitress for the entire place. they had a host, busser, and I am assuming it was the owners wife who came around and asked how the food was at the end. Would I go back? Yes, Food was top notch Italian, We had 3 of their specials, 2 Risotto with Steak, 1 Stuffed Pork chop, and 1 Baked Manicotti. The pork chop was the best chop, I had ever tasted. Price was with tip, $174.00 for 4 of us. so for a wonderful meal, less a few issues with service which were not the waitress fault I would return. Location and parking were also no problem.

We went to Lincontro last night with another couple. Sorry no pictures. When we enter we found a nice small place. We did have to wait for the hostess a few minutes - this might be a function of being a small place with a small staff. We then were seated and our waiter Dave greeted us shortly. They have a great Italian menu - all the white table cloth items you expect to see from Veal and chicken dishes to seafood specialties to baked pastas. We started with Fried Calamari and Mozzarella Caprese - both are very good, very fresh on the tomato and mozzarella and a nice fry on the calamari. I started with a wonderful mushroom soap which featured carmalized onions and fresh mushroom in a nice light cream base. I then had the Veal Sorrentino which came over pasta with a great sauce. We ended with a wonderful cannoli. Food was very good, service was nice. We will be back.

My wife and I made our reservations for 5:30. Perfect time because there were very few people there then. But, one hour later, all the tables were filled. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. My wife ordered the stuffed pork chop and I ordered the Risotto with mushrooms and steak. Both meals were excellent. We will return. The closest to Italian you will get for miles around. ENJOY

Always thoroughly enjoy. My favorite ITALIAN restaurant in the area. My twin sister " had the OMG best veal parm EVER" . All fresh seafood, We all liked the tomato sauce very much. We all thought the calamari was tremendous. Great service always.

I was interested in reading the review from a diner that said he had been disappointed by L'Incontro, because that has been our experience as well. We have found service is no longer engaged and enthusiastic, the way it used to be. Rather - the last time we were there, it was like the staff was just waiting to finish their shift and get home. Our pasta was also overcooked and sauce did not have the same fresh taste that we were used to. But I cannot end without mentioning the reviewer's taking exception to "regulars" that were seated first ... because of our recent experience. We consider ourselves semi-regulars at Arabella's (we usually eat there about 3 times a month, year round). When we were there a few weeks ago, there were three parties all with reservations for 7. We were the third party in line but the maitre d' recognized us and said to us "your table will be ready in a minute". I told him that we would wait and for him to seat the parties who arrived before us. My husband was very annoyed at me, but the maitre d' gave us a very grateful nod. So, in my opinion, the "regulars" at L'Incontro were rude to have taken a table that rightfully belonged to another party. Unfortunately, rude seems to be a way of life these days.

We have been enthusiastic fans of L'incontro for years and have taken friends and family there. However we were very disappointed on Feb 13 in a number of ways. Even though we made reservations and it was already more than ten minutes past our reservation time, a couple arrived and was seated immediately. The waitress said "they're regulars". Not acceptable especially since it was another ten minutes or more before another table opened up. The soup of the day was awful. It was not soup but a bowl of vegetables ( mostly cabbage) with - literally - a teaspoon of broth. Of the four dinners, only one was decent. Pasta was overcooked, coating on a veal dish was so mushy it fell off the meat. We had encouraged our companions to get the creme brulee which - on every prior visit - came to the table flaming, creating a fantastic crust. What we got on Feb 13 was pre-flamed, ice cold and boring. (Someone thought it would be cute to include a piece of dry ice in water in a little cup on the plate to simulate smoke; really!!!!). On top of everything else, they now add a fee close to 4% if you use a credit card. We may try them again just in case this was a bad night, but it was sad to see such a drop in performance in a restaurant we had praised so highly to our companions, who - by the way - will not give them another chance

We have been near this restaurant 2 years so decided to go in because they liked it. We did like the water and bottle of beer. The salad was like eating grass with water on top, then came the Lasagne. Once we got done we will never go back.

Five of us gathered for a Christmas Eve dinner. Restaurant has plenty of parking and there’s even a couple of tables outside on the porch but the traffic might be a little noisy to eat out there. Inside they have a nice full bar and the tables are nicely spaced all around which gives you some comfort in these times of Covid. We had already stopped at one of our friends homes to have a little pre-dinner celebration so we sort of skipped the appetizers and went directly to the main meals. Cocktails were red and white wines with a nice selection of both and I had my normal G&T. Three of us had the veal piccata, one had ravioli smothered in shrimp, crab and lobster, and I had the Ossobuco. Everyone said how delicious their meals were, the veal was on a bed of thin spaghetti and my Ossobuco was on a bed of linguini. The meat just fell of the bone, the way I like it. Our server was very attentive and met all our needs during the meal! This is a very nice, cozy restaurant for small groups or romantic couples. The atmosphere is hushed so it was easy to have a pleasant conversation when we weren’t enjoying each mouthful. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
