The teller is great, but the bank is managed terrible. Waiting on Wells Fargo to to cash the check for the pay off

Yesterday I went to this office to make a deposit. I don't speak English, but a man came out of his office to help me make the withdrawal and then the deposit. A tall young man with Chinese hair, thank you for your help, I appreciate the gesture ?

It wasn't to busy today. Employees very friendly and helpful. I got in and out in me time. Great place to bank.
