Wells Fargo in Lake Wales has terrible customer service and management. My 90-year-old dad has been trying to cancel a safety deposit box for three months without success. A person named Alex Sosa gave my mother his card and said he would be glad to assist. I've now called him three times, left 3 messages asking him to call me back without success. Beware of this bank if you need any help from the staff.

It wasn't to busy today. Employees very friendly and helpful. I got in and out in me time. Great place to bank.

I always have an issue with this location. It seems like they go by their own rules then the other banks. I live in Lake Wales so it is disappointing when the closest branch isn't the greatest. I was in a hurry and needed to deposit my insurance claim check on my way to my son's doctor appointment and I'm now regretting it because they put a 2 week hold on my check due to the amount. (at least that's what the customer service 800# told me) I wish I would've just driven to another location. Last year I had a savings bond check I needed to deposit from my great aunt that passed away and they refused to deposit it. I went to another location and the branch manager there deposited it with no issues at all. I don't know why this location is like this, but I wish they were as easy to deal with as the other locations are.

The worst bank in this area. They are racist, poor customer services,rude, poor knowledge. they do not handle anything, when you asked for the supervisor nobody knows the name, email or phone number to placed a complaint. Im just tired with all this people. You are deposit and move all you money there , they are not deserved. I’m just closing my accounts and business account. If you see all comments below is bad. If you are fan to wellsfargo just move to another place. Christopher santos is racist men just want to attend white people? Why? I don’t know. Rude, racist, poor customer service, this location need to be closed. Shame of wellsfargo. Disappoint. NEVER COME BACK. I will send a email for cooperate with all this name. DONT GO THERE.

I have had enough. I am closing all of my 4 accounts, including my business accounts. There is no customer service. The banker is lazy. No one answers the phone. And the only answers I ever get is, "well that's policy" which, in my experience have been incorrect and lazy responses. The tellers are nice, but they do not handle account issues/questions. I DO NOT recommend!

Teller met me after her shift and gave me a date I'll never forget Danielle went far beyond normal costumer service and it's a pleasure to been in her company I will always go back to wells Fargo for all what she has done for me thank you danielle

Walk in with a mask on drinking my coffee. Got screamed at to put my mask on! I asked how I'm supposed to drink coffee.. was told she doesn't care.. we had an appointment schedule for 9am on Wednesday(that we scheduled on Monday) came in and then was told to come back Friday.. honestly the most unprofessional bank I have ever been to.. I'm new to Lake wales, i was really happy to have a branch close by (not anymore)avoid this branch if u don't want your day to be ruined. I previously bank at bank of America never had a bad experience like this one!! I Felt like a 3rd class citizen wells fargo is a good bank but this branch needs an out of frame overhaul.

This place is terrible. They don’t answer the phone even when you sit on hold for more than 30 minutes. I’ve called on 3 separate days and nothing. There’s no communication between branches. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 am. I was told I wasn’t scheduled for that day. I had an incident and tried to call in to inform them but of course no one picked up the phone. I don’t recommend this branch.
