Love this 9round! I live in GA but travel down to this area often for work. They are always so welcoming and push you hard for your workout! I’ve been too many other 9rounds and this one is the best!

Went in to try it out with a friend. Its a very welcoming and friendly environment. Tee, the trainer, was especially kind and had a great sense of humor. He was very helpful and knowledgable.

There’s pretty much nothing *not* to like about 9Round! The concept is really quite perfect … you can go in at any time and start your workout; you have a staff of amazing, qualified, motivational trainers to take you through each round; you can go at your own pace regardless of the fact of whether you’re a novice to working out or more advanced; each round can be modified to accommodate every single individual given that no two people are alike and many of us experience varying challenges from injuries and the like (some of us may actually be older than the average age - ouch); and finally, no 2 workouts are the same which is ideal to constantly get results and also to prevent monotony & boredom. Shout out to 9Round Lake Worth and big props to the enthusiastic, high energy trainers .. I love them!

Ive been going here for about a month and I’m obsessed! No class times, 30 minutes, and the best and nicest trainers no matter what time you show up! Best decision I’ve made to help me get in shape and feel good!

I recently moved to the area, and tried 9Round after I posted on FB looking for kickboxing gyms in the area. I tried them out for the first time today, and had an amazing experience. I had a trainer named Sierra help me and she was amazing. The workout was very intense, but in a good way. Sierra help motivate me because the workout was kicking my butt. It felt like I had a great personal trainer with me. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a full body workout.

I walked back In today after not going for over a year and Prince welcomed me by name and said “Welcome Home” and that’s why I love this gym not just specifically 9rounds but this location. I feel like family and I genuinely love the people here. They also are so supportive and motivating and helpful. Best gym EVER
