Refused to sell me alcohol because I was there with my family, the manager was rude, noncompliant and unprofessional with severe lack of awareness.. and to make matters worse there was a family of three behind us that had no problem purchasing all the alcohol they needed with a child with them. Very unprofessional.

I ordered a gift from this ABC store in Lake Worth, the day they were supposed to deliver the gift bottle they canceled my order without explanation.
They refunded only the price of the bottle but not the $15.73 that I paid in delivery fee fees and gratuities for the delivery.
Very disappointed will never use ABC for Delivery again.

If you want to purchase alcohol here make sure you don’t walk in with your children, I wasn’t aloud to buy since my daughter doesn’t have an ID? She wasn’t holding anything and the alcohol wasn’t for her. They said it’s policy? The women had a gold tooth and wasn’t portraying professionalism or costumer service in any capacity. Bless her heart I hope she gets a raise for treating buying costumers as such a burden.

I asked for 2 boxes. They actually told me only if I buy something. I have been a customer for 3 years! I never get greeted hello when I walk in the door, as they stand behind the counter on their cell phones.

Large, well-stocked retailer for wine and spirits. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Conveniently located just west of the turnpike.

ABC has the worst customer service, prices and you can never sample anything you ask for. How do they expect people to buy new liquor or different sorts of liquor if they’re not willing to give the customers a sample. Total one spirits has better customer service and they do give you samples

Great Wine and Spirits store. Wide selection of drinks to choose from and an aisle dedicated to syrups, mixers, bitters etc. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store is kept clean and organized which always makes it a pleasant shopping experience.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming when I shop here. I called the store yesterday to inquire if an item was still on special as I had been in the store a couple of days prior and had seen that it was on sale pricing. Upon arrival I discovered that the pricing was actually higher than stated on the phone just minutes before. The person checking me out happened to be the person I talked to on the phone. He realized his mistake after I had hung up. To his credit, he stood by his words and gave me the item at the price he has stated. I am very impressed with his level of professional and integrity shown. Thanks. I'll be back.

They always seem to have what I'm looking for. All the spirits, beers and seltzers with a great wine and cigar selection. And they do have a limited selection of cigarettes for the smokers as well.
