This posting is incorrect stating Able is open to 5 pm. The website and FB have them open M-F 630A to 4P. Which is true today cuz their gates were closed at 415p when I stopped by their shop. I'll try tomorrow morning.

Do not bother going here. I'm the last guy to write a review however, customer service sucks and so do the mechanics. Dropped off my self-propelled Snapper lawnmower needing my 4WD to engage again. Simple belt repair is what I was thinking because it was squealing but I had to wait for a diagnosis. Was told there was a one-week wait. Ok, that seems reasonable. One week turned into 1.5 weeks, with no diagnosis. 1.5 weeks turned into 2 weeks, and no diagnosis. Had to pay a lawn service $70 to mow down my lawn jungle. 2 weeks turned into 3 weeks, and I only got a diagnosis because I called them every day until they told me what was wrong with the mower. Was given assurances they would call me back with a diagnosis, however, never did. On one call I initiated I had to remind the person answering the phone I was a customer and he proceeded to hang up on me. What is wrong with people? 3 weeks into the project and the Diagnosis: adjusted the drive, $54.50 was the charge and it seemed reasonable. I picked up the mower on 7/7 in the afternoon monsoon, so I didn't get to test it. Pulled it out this morning and the two front wheels aren't turning, and the drive belt is squealing like a pig. I call the shop to complain, but no one answers the phone. The shop closed at 12 noon. I can't upload the video of my lawn mower because it's not supported by this review. Piss poor work and customer service. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

Horrendous service with an attitude. If you are looking to spend a large sum of money on stihl products and receive an I don't give a fugg attitude when the service technicians improperly service your equipment then this is the place to go. "Able lawn mower repair. Our customers don't matter at all"

Went in to buy a part that msrp's for 20$ that i needed desperately. They charged me 90$ for the part. Biggest ripoff I've ever experienced. If you value customer service and fair pricing stay far away from this place.

Called in to ask about refurbished mowers, the salesman decided not to mention pre-owned, seemed to only want to sell new mowers. On website contact form it says pre-owned mowers.

Family-owned dealership they always have Parts in stock haven't had any problems with a tables for four and a half years since I've had my new mower.

Shame on them!!!!! Beware!!! Mr Ricky charged me a $3 disposal fee for the max 4 inches of rope on my pull starter. When I asked if he was serious he said, "it's only $3. I was furious. That was disgusting. Never again will I service or buy anything from able.
