I was told they keep center flush American standard parts and stock. I drove 37 minutes to get to the location to be told they do not.

Stood there for 20 minutes and no one asked if I needed help.
Counter help only engaged with customers that they obviously knew or had previous contact with.
I guess if I were a regular customer and a Spanish speaker my experience would have been different.
I left after 20 minutes without purchase or any engagement from the staff.
Very disappointed.
I am a consumer that buys local to promote local business.
Another reason for people to deal with online stores... Unfortunately
