I was walking down Lake Ave to find a large, half comatose dog, lying by the window on a window, feces everywhere, no water bowl and by himself in the closed store. I tried to call the owners but no one answered, I eventually had to call the sheriff. It wasn't just me. there was a whole crowd outside the shop trying to contact the owner. Disgusting inhumane behavior.

They very happy with the Service and price
Please, I only bring at amores my dogs for boarding when I go travel, I don't trust nobody else I've been using the service since 2014, They are very reasonable, very loving and compassion people. Thank you for everything

Being from out of town, and from an area that is quite a bit cooler, our doggo was really struggling. Amores was able to fit Liberty into their tight schedule. We were so happy with the excellent work, and Liberty was happy to no longer be overheating.
What a blessing to find such an amazing place while far from home. I wish Amores was my local groomer!

We have been trusting Amores with our dogs for years, and for extended periods of time. Right now they are there for 3 weeks. The price is always fair and the dogs are always well attended to, perfectly groomed and happy.

I have only one regret concerning this review, there are only 5 stars to give....
Raquel, Noemi and the rest of the staff are consumed by their love for our doggies, they work with passion and love, they actually care for the pets they groom and care for.
I have been a dog owner most of my life, I am blessed by three of them in my home, I've met many a trainer, groomer, doggy care provider - yet I've never met anyone who loves and cares for my doggies they way they do at this salon.
I feel so privileged to have Amore a few blocks from my home, yet if I had to drive there, I would - by their love and dedication they have made a place in our hearts and I am grateful to have the Amores team as my dear friends.
As the saying goes "love me, love my dog" Amore's definitely loves my dogs and they have gained my gratefulness and love by their outstanding service, 10 stars!!

Do not go to this place unless you want your dog coming back hairless. We came to get our beautiful Siberian husky for a full service at 2pm and she said it would take 4 hours but we got him back around 11pm but he came back fully shaved which we didn’t ask for. She tried to justify it saying it was necessary and that he was matted which wasn’t true because we brush him often and shower him often, she knew what she did that’s why the first thing she told us when she saw us was that we didn’t have to pay. And on top of all that he has cuts and burns on his body when he came.

I had amazing experience here. It was my first time grooming my baby boy Damon, I was nervous. I’m also new to town, just moved to florida from New York. The hospitality I felt from this woman was unbelievable. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Damon was so comfortable with her and she treated him with such love and care. I really could go on forever about how I feel but I’m so grateful to have found this place.
