I ran into an issue with a trade-in, but the district manager returned my call within the hour and resolved it immediately. Straightforward, professional execution, and she fully honored the store manager’s commitment. Strong follow-through and accountability across the board.

Isreal the manager was dishonest about a promotion and told me two times if I traded in my phone it would be no cost. The credit was only $350.00 and when we seeked resolution he said I would just have to speak to the district manager. I asked for a ticket or claim number that he would help with some type of resolution he refused. The worst customer service we have ever received.

If you would like to meet salesman like Daniela, her training manager Seth, and the General Manger Isreal, that in my very humble opinion that lacks integrity, buy your new phones here, so they can mislead you, display no transparency, this is the spot to go. They absolutely lied about paying the Samsung Galaxy 25 Ultra for $500.00, after two pristine Samsung Galaxy S10 plus's was traded in. If you do not stick with AT&T, for 36 months you lose the monthly credits for trade in. They lead us to belive we could just pay the phones off to unlock them. This is just one of the many lies they will tell you as they communicate with each other on thier sales pads, while communicating with each other. They charge you a pre upgrade feeto buy the next generation of phone with out consent. This duplicity forces you to stay with AT&T for 36 months. They will not give you a contract to read until after the 14 day cancelation has expired. They also misrepresented waiving the activation fee, lied about the bill cycle and only God knows why we was charges $330.00 for a one day usage fee. Complaints have been filled with the BBB, FCC, CCPS, ARDC & The Attorney General. Please see attached photos of the same phone for considerable less money. Their sales staff is the same as lying Verizon.
