Went to an AT&T store today. They were very helpful and quickly resolved an issue I was having with automatic monthly payments. The issue was due to fraud that had occurred on my account. They had also previously successfully stopped the fraud.

i placed a order for the iphone 15 pro max the night before and as soon as me and my mom walked in the next day, we was helped right from the jump. ohh and i can't forget the manager walked us out the door like a gentleman. I LOVE IT

I bought a prepaid phone for at&t, when I was supposed to buy it for family mobile. Daniel the district manager, was able to get my longtime phone number transferred over to at&t, and also able to put it on auto pay. I had to leave, get a SIM card and come back, and through Daniel the district manager's instruction, one of the representatives, Seth was able to complete the set up and was very patient, as it was a very tedious and frustrating process. Also when Seth was completing the process when I returned, Daniel was no longer there, he had just left Seth some notes. Israel the other representative was also very helpful and chivalrous! Thank you so much and I'll never leave AT&t again! And to boot, it is unlimited data! Yeehaw!

I am honestly disgusted by the disrespect of your AT&T Fiber sales employees that go door to door in the neighborhoods. It was raining and I had to state three separate times that we were not interested in your services before she continued to try and interrupt me with some other deal she could give me. I had to tell her she needed to update her customer services standard operating procedures because she could not take a hint that we were not interested, even after stating we were moving. She was not just pushy but disrespectful in doing so. She was a tall average weight female with long wavy blonde hair. The worst you can do to a potential customer is disrespect them.

David was incredibly helpful. Very patient and addressed all of my concerns without issue. It was a smooth transition to switch to att from t-mobile. Probably the best experience I've ever had in any phone store.

David had one of the best customer services I ever received. Greeted me with professionalism, and I had soooo many questions. He made me feel like I mattered and gave me opinions and advice. David also gave me extreme attention. I thought he was the manager on how well he embraced my needs. Definitely recommending others because of this experience.

I'm so impressed with the service I received today at the AT&T store on Lantana and I95 in WPB FL.Ulysses was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and empathetic! Between he and Ruben, the manager I felt very welcomed, informed and cared for.After 40 years with another company, I was leery of changing providers for sure. I immediately trusted them because they didn't oversell and gave me just what I needed.So often we are rushed by service people and that was certainly not the case here as they took extra time to educate me! They made me feel important.Thank you Ulysses and Ruben for an exceptional service experience.
