I'm a new customer, after switching from Tmobile 20+ years. Called this location to ask if they do screen repair, and the fellow rudely said "NO" and then hung up on me. Not a great first impression. Do better.

Amazing team! Came in due to a horrible experience from the AT&T store on Forest Hill and Jog (don’t go there especially if Jesson is there, just run). The service that my husband and I received was fantastic that we ended up leaving with a new phone and two Apple Watches and the next day I returned and upgraded my phone. Thank you for making our experience better!
