The manager Emily was very nice and helpful throughout the whole thing, we took long deciding & even after we left and came back to spend more of her time she was still very nice and understanding. She’s amazing, I could put more I’d put 10 but since I can only put 5, 5 stars. :)

I enter the store @5940 state road 7 lake worth , Fl 33449 and I had a great experience! I did business with the sale consultant Emily ! She’s very well spoken, cares about the customers need and makes them satisfied! Doesn’t try to boost anything up just to make money or get a sale she makes sure you’re comfortable with everything before finalizing the paperwork. Don’t speak to no one else ! But Emily ask for Emily only and you’ll be satisfied she’s A1 !

My experience at the store has been extremely frustrating. The friendly employee ordered my new phone at the store to be shipped to the store. There was an error made in the shipping address which ultimately culminated in making a trip to a UPS distribution center. The manager at this store is very uninformed, unfriendly, and not solutions driven. I went back to the store once I had my phone and they were unable to perform a transfer as their internets and systems are down. I would strongly encourage people going to a corporate location.

Store employee knowledge is horrible. Employee was rude and insisted that Apple doesn't make an Apple Ultra watch and I didn't know what I was talking about. Funny how nearby ATT stores not only know of the watch but has it in stock. Management should probably make sure their employees know their products and aren't so rude to customers.

I cannot say enough about the employees at this store. We went in to get a problem resolved. Turns out ATT has added an additional line for an Apple Watch that doesn't exist. I had tried to call 2x and never got it resolved. Kya was able to call and get it all sorted out for us. She spent over 2 hours to try and get this resolved. She battled some very rude employee at Loyalty Resolution that repeatedly lied to us and actually changed the passcode on my account after I ended the phone call. Unbelievable. For privacy I will not add his name but believe me, I will be reporting him. However, I cannot say more about the over and above service I got from Kyah. Thank you so much.

Just came from this store. The plan was to switch our service plan to unlimited as we just added a line and upgraded our phones. We had done our research, talked to customer service over the phone and were ready to get the unlimited elite for our now extra line needs. Went in all excited, there was only one rep who was assisting other customers, he informed us that he was calling the other person that had left to come assist. In comes this sales rep who asks who needs assistance, we point at the person that we had found in the store waiting. The gentleman then approaches the sales rep and gets his issue heard. Few minutes later he leaves. We walk up to the rep. and ask the only question we had before getting started on the switch. His demeanor changes and his tone changes. His responses are rude and condescending. We left with no new plan. Didn't get a name either, all we know he was the rep with the brown hair and brown beard.If you don't want to work and treat people fair excuse yourself or call in sick. Rather than treating lifelong at&t customers as trash.The store at the South East corner of Lantana Rd and Jog Rd were way better at customer treatment.

Joseph, Amber and Alex went out of their way to find solutions for my devices. They did it all with good humor. I will go back the next time I need a product or just advice. They earned 10 stars in my opinion.

my experience at at&t was above n beyond caring n kindness. Alex n Amber went out of their way to address n fix my problem...I was having a terrible day n they both made everything seem brighter. Up to thst day I was considering leaving At&t not now...thank you

Amber is trash at her job and cost me over $1200. STAY AWAY NOT A REAL AT&T STORE!!! Jay the manager is useless also.
