I bought 75'' Flat Screen TV, Bedroom Set, Sectional Sofas and Dinner Table. David Drayton, Manager of the store has been amazing in assisting me with my furnisher process. David Drayton is an excellent, knowledgeable and super courteous, went out of his way to ensure everything went smoothly.
Special acknowledgement for Yanina, Sales Representative at the store. Yanina has an outstanding customer service. Yanina is kind, courteous and helpful, she answers every questions and gives you great recommendations.
Badcock Home Furnisher & More is quite possibly the best furniture company with great competitive prices. It definitely gives a person a reason to want to support your business and buy your furnisher. Rated 10+

First time buying at this location and the last one.
Very irresponsible. Very very late to my appointment for delivery.
They called me and said 30 min to 1 hour and I took them almost 4 hours .

I purchased a dining room set last December and after a very good house party a couple weeks ago I had to replace a chair. I visited the store yesterday and Yanina Mendez helped me out. She placed my order in no time. Her smile and professionalism was outstanding. She told me to come back today to pick up my chair. She helped me inspect the chair to make sure it was perfect. I highly recommend this store and have Yanina help you. Thank you for your outstanding customer service. I hope my next party is a little more calm but if it isn't I know I can count on Badcock and Yanina to help me. Thanks again.

I am extremely disappointed with Badcock Furniture and their abysmal customer service. About five months ago, the manager showed up at our home to harass us over a missed payment. This happened despite our repeated requests to have our card put on autopay, which they refused to do unless we traveled 35 minutes to their store to sign some paper after repeatedly advising that this is impossible to do for us because of our conflicting work schedules.
Fast forward to today, the same disrespectful manager had the audacity to call us about a payment that supposedly bounced. His arrogant and unprofessional behavior has been consistent throughout our dealings.
Bluntly consistently treating us as if we’re thieves trying to avoid payment, even though our card is clearly on file.
Do better as a “MANAGER” because your nasty behavior will cost you many customers!
I cannot wait to finalize my account with this establishment and never do business with them again. Avoid Badcock Furniture if you value respectful and competent service.
