It was like Rooms To Go quality furniture and they had finance options if you need them. I felt the furniture on display was dark colors. Not traditional or coastal. Also made with glue and staples; no dove tails. I felt the prices were a bit higher to cover the cost of the payment option.

Do not buy from this store .They bring it and set it up and don't check to make sure it works. Service side is not there . Do not buy anything from them

The young lady at the store was very helpful and efficient. The delivery men were professional and friendly. They assembled the bed quickly and cleaned up the space after they were done.My experience with Badcock compared very favorably with Rooms to Go where I had been shopping earlier and where the sales people were rude. I'm happy with my purchase at Badcock.

Honestly I want to give this a zero the man came in at first and was rude to my mom and he said to her at one point if your gonna be rude to me and I will leave and my mom said ok as in like ok I will be quiet but he just stormed out and left and when he came back the second time he rushed to his work terrible worker and without our permissions he recorded us on his phone they really need to check their employees

I had to come back and change my review. The day of purchase was fine. I was told I wasn’t going he charged interest for 6 months. After receiving my invoice they’re charging me interest. Not only that I called the bank they finance with provided my social and they’ve never heard of me… which is very concerning I also don’t see the Babcock financing on my Experian reports. To make matter worse I am unhappy with the furniture, the draws are stiff and don’t close all the way you have to force it close. I’ll be going to the store tomorrow to discuss this with a manager. I should she done my review after a month of purchase. I did rate them 5 stars but not anymore. This is very disheartening. If I was going to be charged Interest would have never purchase a bedroom set that was that costly. The whole reason I did that was because she told me there would be no interest charges. I’ll never purchase anything from Babcock ! Sales rep Yanani does not give options for financing if you get her double review your paper work.

Everything went smoothly while at the store. I purchased a 5 piece living room set, love it! The delivery however, very unorganized and 5 hours late. I ended up having to miss a whole day of work when I didn't need to. When they did arrive, the drivers were friendly, careful and quick with getting the purchase inside. Otherwise, very friendly people who have helped me stay on top of payments! (I am fairly forgetful).

David at the Cherry road location was very personable and kind. David went above and beyond by allowing me to pickup a piece of furniture on Sunday knowing that I just moved to this area and needed my furniture urgently.Thank you David for a great experience.

I love shopping here. This is the 2nd time we have purchased furniture from Badcock. I like that the sales person introduces themselves and then let's you shop on your own, no hovering. I'm going to change my review. Originally I gave 5 stars but I'm going to 2. When I purchased my furniture last weekend I was told I would receive a text today a text tomorrow to let me know when my furniture would be delivered on Saturday.. I did not receive a text so at 4:30 I called the store to inquire about why I did not receive the text. The gentleman Joe that answered the phone Told me that I needed to call the warehouse to find out when I was on the schedule for delivery. I told him that that was the saleswoman's responsibility and he asked me, "why would it be her responsibility to make sure that your furniture is delivered it's your furniture." I then asked him to have myself a person called me and it is 4:56 so I'm assuming that he did not give her the message. I also called the corporate office and they transferred me to customer service which seemed like it was being operated from someone's home or A-day care. I will never shop here again.
