I came to cash a check And they said they couldn't cash it. The manager was extremely rude about it and did not want to do her job! I went to the other Bank of America in Wellington they cashed it no problem and said there should have never been any issue at the other bank The person that wrote me the Check call the 800 number They agreed no reason for that check not to have been cashed!!! What a waste of time! No wonder the place is empty! Very poor management!!!

If i could do Zero stars i would have they are closed more then open the website states they open but they are not open call the branch they say they are open they are not every branch with 5 miles which are alot are closed no wonder they have class action lawsuits against them not a customer driven bank, use Varo or oxygen its free and better more reliable service

On-line says its open and you go there on Monday April 5, and it's not. People inside at 10 a.m. and nothing open. Drive thru all lights out. It's like a delayed April fool joke!

The first time I made an appointment with a banker, she didn't check her calendar and I was delayed a good 20-30 minutes. So I try again another time, go online, schedule an appointment with the same banker, show up for my appointment to find that she wasn't in that day. Why does BofA even offer this service?

I actually like the tellers at this branch, and they are the reason I keep coming back. Always very friendly and nice. It is the branch manager that I have a problem with. Not friendly at all (unless you speak Spanish!), never helps out any of the girls at the teller windows, no matter how long the line is. She doesn't seem to have any concern for customer service.

Everytime you come there's only 2 people working and you have to wait 25 mins. If you go through the drive thru forget it.

Not really happy with this bank. The customer service is terrible. There's always this lady with glasses that's a teller, and she doesn't smile. She always have a straight face and just doesn't have customer service at all. I don't think she's happy with her job and I don't think she should be working at a customer service oriented place. I think management should re evaluate their people working there.

A worker name dawn has to be the slowest worker in this world. Had no sense of other people's time. Instead of counting my money in the money counting machine she decided to do it manually AND THEN use the money counter machine. Last time I ever go to this Bank of America.

I must agree with the first reviewer, the teller I delt with today was as unpleasant as she could be. If you don't like your job, go flip burgers somewhere.
