I had to contact Truist to notify them that we were changing homeowners insurance companies. The computer that screams you and tries to steer you to the right person is very very unhelpful. They make it very difficult to speak to a person I had to go to three different people before I got to the right person.

It would be fair to add a positive comment if it deserves it. I went to this bank with a negative feeling. I was pleasantly surprised, no waiting time, nice greetings, quick service with a smile and efficiency. Erica and Monique were wonderful. This was for when I went to the bank about a month ago, then today, Dec. 13/22 went back and I am again impressed with the greetings with a smile, fast service with a gentlemen called Richard.

It's very unprofessional that the branch leader is unfamiliar with Truist Banking policies. I called in ahead of time to assure I was prepared to open a private account with all necessay documentation. Upon arrival I wasn’t never greeted in the lobby and the person who came in after me just walked into Illiana Sotos office and received service. After she greeted me and told me that the type of account I was looking to open needed additional documentation. I advised her that I previously spoke to a representative who stated otherwise and she assured that she was correct. The next day I visited a separate location and the branch member assured me that Truist doesn’t not require any documentation for the specific account only the completion of a application. Very unprofessional of Truist to have a branch leader who is now informed.

I went in for an issue I was having with an auto loan and this location does not live up to his 1 star reputation. I worked with Ingrid and she did an excellent job answering my questions and helping me with my issue. I would of been in and out in maybe 10 minutes if we didn't have to wait for the online service people to answer the phone. The online service seems to be terrible but thanks the Ingrid the instore experience was fantastic. If I ever have any issues i'll make sure to actually go to the bank instead of calling online support!

Horrible. Unprofessional. I've Been waiting to speak to a Rep for 20 minutes. If your friends with whoever is working you can skip the line. I guess I need to make friends so I can bank.

Horrible service since merger. Hour long wait for foreign customer service agent. Sent new debit cards all new numbers! Spent the afternoon updating with all the auto payments. They will not fix your account if there is a fraudulent charge. Website horrible, account info available half the time. JUST ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AFTER 13 YEARS I AM SHOPPING FOR A NEW BANK FOR MY 3 ACCOUNTS.

True. This bank is the worst i ever visited in my life.Customer service of the manager Benjamin is not good. I don't think he fits that position. Is not helpful , is inpatient, his attitude seems that he does not like to work. I felt he wanted to gets off work. I was not satisfied with his service. I will never come back to this location. In addition to that I am new customer with this bank. I will close the account. The worst service I received from a bank's manager.

Horrible experience branch manager Benjamin made it already bad week even worse horrible attitude with only one two good employees within a whole Branch very unhelpful condescending makes you feel as if you are a criminal when you try to get some help you're better off banking with Wachovia than going into this branch

If I could give this bank no stars I would. Drive thru lines are insane!! At least 1/2 hour wait every time I go and I go twice a week for business. Never had this before with any other bank I have ever dealt with. I make deposits for my boss or I would never go to this bank.

I thought all reviews were subjective until i visited this branch. OMG, its true, they are horrible. I guess BB&T is doing so bad that still has these type of branches opened. And then managers and employees complain when they are without a job, sarcasm... Horrible customer service, liars and not willing to help customer. Manager told me personal banker will call me to clear a doubt i had and never did, plus phone calls are not being held appropriately... Will move to Bank of America or some other bank now.
