Jullissa my case manager has met all of my needs ànd went above and beyond to help me with my treatment and helping me with learning the tools I'll need once I'm out of Bayan treatment center. She really has been a blessing. I couldn't ask for a better case manager. Thank u jullissa for all u have done and what u r going to keep doing to help me. This is my first time in recovery and u real have helped me so much. So again thank u and much respect to u and urs. ?

My stay here @ Banyan was a once in a lifetime experience! If you òr anyone has a problem with substance abuse,, this is the place for recovery! I would recommend to anyone!

There is no music therapy , no equine therapy unless your MH, no dual diagnosis treatment, no outings except bowling and only if you SUD, the staff is mainly there for the paycheck, often unhelpful, frequently cruel.
Leftovers served for lunch on Sundays, HIPPA violated everyday in residential nursing stations.
Thievery rings operating unchecked, things disappear from "secure" luggage, including the luggage itself.
The business department makes all decisions about aftercare, no input from clients allowed. Only business partners of Banyan considered, no exceptions. They'll show you the door if you'd rather not take their advice.
Pool time is hardly even a thing.
Black mold is everywhere. Walkways are crumbling, covered in standing water and yellow caution signs stating slip and fall danger.
One washcloth per room, per day although rooms are double occupancy. They take your towels while you're in the shower.
Extremely unsafe environment.
Make you wear geo-locating devices 24/7. No security.
No calls for 1st week, 1 monitored call a week, no cell phones even though stated returned after 72 hrs during interview.

Horrible place. Gang ridden, unresponsive, mostly uncaring staff.
DO NOT COME TO BHOPB. Under RICO investigation currently!!! Corrupt thru & thru! Lies from the get go.
Food was pretty good. Smoothies rock.
Bailey & Ben are great!!! Unfortunately they can't do everything.
If I could leave no stars, I would!!

This place helped me so much. Chris was an AMAZING therapist and Ms. Alex was such a helpful case manager. Ms. Latoya brought me in the door with a smile and was a fabulous choice for supervisor. Hopefully won’t be back, but if I do happen to relapse, banyan would be my first choice.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! AND NEVER LOOK BACK.
This place SMH. Luckily I was fortunate enough to get out of the building before it was too late. After spending an hour and a half in the lobby waiting to be admitted, overhearing the conversations between the guy behind the front desk and other employees.. SMH. All kinds of verbal sexual harassment from this guy. Not a professional place at all. It needs to be shut down. When they search your belongings at admission, they take your things into a separate room and go thru them. And don’t let you keep any of your belongings with you. This place is only full of court ordered or on a mandatory basis, which I was not either. I flew from Dallas to Florida to this facility and had no problem making the decision to not get treatment here. As other reviews have said. The pictures on the website are old pictures from when the place was remodeled. It is very run down. All the employees talked about was how bad they hate working there and how the people that are training the new hires hate their job so much that they don’t train the new employees vary well. Seriously, the state of Florida needs to investigate this place and interview all the employees past and present as well as the patients. Don’t believe any of the positive reviews about this place. I wouldn’t be surprised if they had a gun held to their head while they were written. I can go on for days with more bad things to say so this place and that’s just from the hour and a half that I say in the lobby. I didn’t even make it all the way into the building, and I really had no care to after my experience in the lobby. I feel terrible for the people that are stuck in there.
