“Great Service. Very Friendly company. Great Price.I wrecked the rim of my back tire the other day and needed a quick fix. I had heard good things about Family Bicycles. I called on Monday morning around 8:45. The owner answered the phone and was pleasant and professional. I thought I was going to have to purchase a new rim. He told me that I would not and that they could probably straighten it for me. I asked how long would it take? The answer was about an hour or so and that they would do it the same day. I asked whether they needed my bike or just the tire. He told me it would be less expensive if I brought just the tire.Went to the shop and was greeted by the owner as he was leaving the shop and he told me that they would take care of me in the shop. They wrote up the sales slip and told me it would be ready by early afternoon. GREAT!!! I then went into the showroom to look at the various bikes. What a great selection!!! The owner's wife came in to answer my questions and was very helpful in answering my questions. She told me that her husband could answer more technical questions later that day.I picked up my rim at at 12:30. I also had them check my tire as it had a couple of cuts in the sidewalls. The repair person said it was fine and I did not need a new tire.I will probably be back in the near future to road test a new bike. This is a great family business with an excellent service team. I highly recommend them. BTW, the price to fix my rim was only $30 which I feel is a reasonable price.Big Papa”

“"Santa" brought my son a bicycle for Christmas but somehow forgot a helmet so today's errands took us to Lake Worth and Bicycle World. The old days of Walmart having half a dozen Huffy bikes on a rack are long gone. Today's bikes are serious business, with some costing hundreds and even thousands of dollars. Impulse buyers by nature, our trip for a helmet also found us bringing home new pedals, some wheel pegs for doing tricks, and a tube of grease that cost more than what I use in my truck. Truth be told, I've used this shop before when I used to mountain biking and trail riding, their prices are fair, the staff is knowledgeable, and they have a great selection, with bikes, tools, gears, and a full service shop on site.?”
