“This has to be one of the most honest businesses around here. They took my bike in same day, replaced a tube, charged me a great rate, and sent me on my way within 20 minutes.
They actively try to save you money which is more than I can say for a lot of services in Southeast Florida.
I'll bring my bike to them for anything I can't do myself from now on.”

“Went to Trek Bike Shop to have a broken spoke replaced. Since I was able to replace it myself, I bought a spoke and the bike tech cut and threaded the spoke, all for $1.50. I am now a new customer of Trek Bike Shop. They have a nice assortment of parts and accessories. Very happy with the service!!
Ask for Anthony! Went back again for another broken spoke on the rear wheel. He replaced the spoke, trued the wheel, new rim tape, and inflated the tire. Specialized tools, expert work done”
“I was recently on a bike tour from Palm Beach Gardens to Deerfield Beach and was pulling a dog trailer full of my gear. The trailer was from Goodwill and was missing the hitch so I had the trailer rigged to my bike the best way I could. I had also been having trouble with my rear hub due to missing bearings and a pawl, and decided to stop in the store on my way south. I had heard of the shop before but this was my first visit. I inquired about a solution for my hub and also showed the employees my rig to see if they had any ideas of how to better hitch the trailer. A mechanic searched through their junk box and found a matching hitch! Twenty dollars for the part and some cold waters along with great conversation made this first visit a great one. The store had a great selection of bikes and parts and of course the crew were fantastic. I’m even friends now with Stephen because we’re both musicians as well as avid cyclists.
Though I now live much further south I will continue to patronize their shop because I know that they are knowledgeable and trustworthy and have a better selection than the other big corporate shops in the area. There’s a lot to be said for the level of service one can find in a smaller shop that the big box stores cannot provide. Do stop in and check them out if you’re riding the gorgeous Palm Beach Bike Trail or if you need great service from knowledgeable staff.”
