My interaction with "Odane Tracey" was incredibly disappointing. No one there behaved professionally, they were constantly distracted and belittled me and my husband for being Latin. I would strongly advise against seeking assistance from the workers at this branch if you value competent and respectful service. I was at Wells Fargo today and I felt so good about the treatment that I'm glad "Odane Tracey" didn't help me yesterday when I went to open a Checking account. Chase is a great bank, in fact I think it's the best in the country, BUT they certainly don't know how to hire workers who provide good customer service.

Always a great experience at this location!
This morning Odane was able to squeeze us in and help us make a change to our account. He was delightful- very efficient and kind to our three kiddos who were tagging along!

Michael is great made the process of opening new credit card fast & easy as he explained everything. The staff is very friendly & attentive 10/10

Every time I go to this branch on Lake ave., Lake Worth Beach, I am always treated with respect. Odane Tracey was TOTALLY HELPFUL with exactly what I needed resolved. He is very PLEASANT and listens to whatever your dilemma may be. He surely made my day!!! Left the bank with my issue resolved!!! Thankyou Odane!!!

I walked in to no greeting , no representative.. nothing . No one was behind the counter it seem like no one was willing to help me . I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and oldly enough after saying excuse to the person at the computer.. i was ignored. I will never step foot in the location again .

I came to this branch to speak to an agent today to have my tenant set up direct deposit to pay rent. I was advised that Zelle would be a better method as it allows to send bigger amounts of money if the recipient is verified. I was also advised to call the Chase main number to establish myself as a trusted recipient. The woman at the kiosk was very nice. I set down with my tenant at the seats in the center of the lobby in order to do this, as I and my tenant needed to speak over the phone with a Chase representative. We sat there as the branch was empty, and I might have needed to ask more questions momentarily. We were very quiet. After a few minutes a black woman approached us with a rude demeanor asking us “if we needed help”. I calmly explained that I was on the phone with the Chase main line, and that I was instructed by her colleague to call that number to establish myself as a trusted Zelle recipient. She did not understand anything and kept asking “if we needed help” aggressively hinting at the fact that we had to leave. I asked her if we had to leave and she said “no”…so I guess she wasn’t authorized to be frank about that. Anyway, after a few minutes I was able to successfully complete my call, even though this woman literally harassed me the whole time I was on the phone. But surely that was to help me….

Marie was so helpful. It was my first time opening an account and she took the time to explain all the steps to me. When I go back, I’ll will only work with her.
